Initiate and lead the governance and delivery of a program or group of significant projects within a function, using an appropriate project management methodology to give assurance that intended outcomes are identified and achieved.
Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans for projects to identify relevant stakeholders, to develop positive stakeholder relationships, and to ensure each stakeholder has an appropriate share of voice.

Plans, organizes, prioritizes, and oversees activities to efficiently meet business objectives.

Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role within a large and dynamic organization.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire others.
Strong project management and logistical expertise.
Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining an elevated level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 5-7 years of professional experience in increasingly support responsibilities for senior management roles, in a corporate or equivalent setting or other fast-paced, rapidly changing environments.
Ability to draw best practices from a variety of professional contexts (private, non-profit, government).
Ability to understand and interpret the multiple complexities of an evolving business undergoing expanded growth.

Spend approximately 25-50% of the time outside of the office with clients.
Renewal marketing including, but not limited to rating and quoting assigned employee benefit accounts
New Business & Renewal Underwriting including, but not limited to gathering missing enrollment information and all underwriting status follow up
Work directly with group administrators to assist and educate on the proper administration procedures, State & Federal COBRA, additions & termination and all other administrative procedures
Assist employees with unresolved claim issues while educating them on the claims processing system
Maintain suspense or follow-up system for correspondence/requests
Provide back-up to other Account Analysts as assigned
Maintain expiration records
Develop and maintain working relationship with the various company marketing representatives and underwriters
Maintain up to date knowledge of the various carriers’ rating plans and programs
Maintain favorable relationship with clients, producers, and employees
Develop and maintain strong technical knowledge of employee benefit lines of coverage and rating
Required Qualifications:
Highschool equivalent, college degree preferred
Life & Health License 2-15
3+ years industry experienced preferred
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Strong technical knowledge of coverage in all employee benefits insurance coverage
