You will have hands-on experience in assisting the Company Secretary in all aspect of corporate secretarial duties and function which include:
- Preparation of statutory returns and documents to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) within regulatory deadline
- Updating of statutory records including company register, resolutions, minutes and returns in compliance to Companies Act, 2016
- Preparation of advisory letters to clients and preparation of certified true copies upon request from clients
- Any ad-hoc assignments and administrative matter
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
