Job Responsibilities:

• • Responsible for the sales target, sales strategies, business growth and progress.
  • Responsible for detailing, presenting, navigating, and selling products to pharmacists, doctors, and other healthcare providers.
  • Identify and develop new accounts, expand geographic coverage, and service accounts
  • Collect market data on market share, market trends, customer needs, challenges, and competition.
  • Ensure tender or quotation complies to specification & requirements and of value creation to the company.

Requirements:

• • Written and verbal proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (will be an advantage)

Position Overview:

Work closely with the Head Of Sales to establish sales & marketing activities for International and Local Clients. Assist in sales operations, assigning tasks, managing budgets, cost evaluation, project coordination, managing deadline.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Works closely with the Head of Sales to establish sales & marketing services activities for each client to assist in the achievement of the clients' corporate objectives for products and services.
2. Identifies and establishes Marketing Services processes and procedures, and manages their development and implementation.
3. Builds trusting, long term relationships with local & international partners, gaining an in depth knowledge of their business leading to the growth of a mutually beneficial partnership.
4. Participates in the management of the client's budget relating to Marketing Services activities, adhering to established guidelines.
5. Analyses and evaluates the effectiveness of each marketing services program in conjunction with the partners, and ensures key learnings are captured and shared.
6. Manage project budgets.
7. Proactively sources new suppliers, broadening and enhancing knowledge of our services.
8. Working with and setting up outsourced suppliers to obtain preferential arrangements, (cost, delivery etc), service delivery.
9. Coordinates various marketing services activities, ie. Merchandising, Sampling, Production, Maintenance & etc.
10. Manages the production and distribution of promotional and collateral materials to support marketing programs.

Requirement:

1. Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years experience in a marketing environment.
