 RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Summarize data in tables, charts, and graphs  
• Analyze and interpret sales data 
• Deliver final reports and presentations (category overview as well as issue-based) building a story and final recommendations  
• Review data for errors and inconsistencies  
• Use internal tools and data sources  
• Independently discusses analysis design to best answer client questions with CBP/client  
• Discuss design and calculate the Quantified Business Opportunity  
• Drive time/cost-effectiveness on the project  
• Support meeting the COE objectives as a whole  
• Inspire peers and co-workers

Responsibilities

Working with the local Data Impact Customer Success managers and the global account manager :

• Onboard and train clients on the tool
• Analyse data to improve customer experience
• Handle and resolve customer requests, problems, and complaints
• Maintain ongoing customer relationships
• Network to identify new needs from our customers and potential business growth
• Minimise customer churn
• Participate in events and forums

• The main job function of this role is to familiarize vendors and vendor details for each country and services in order to manage and control them effectively for seamless delivery from each vendor in coordination with local level HUB resources / local Delivery resources. 
• Familiarize E2E vendor payment processing for each of the services for each country in order to pay them as per aligned schedule every time for seamless delivery from each vendor. 
• Understand country level & vendor level exceptions, timelines, requirements etc in detail in order to bring standardization in future operations. 

Organize Team engagement activities for APAC region with an objective to keep the team intact, focused & highly engaged

Bring market insights for APAC countries under a common tracking / reporting tool

Support HUB team members incase they face any issues related to administraction

Learn existing practices from countries on engagement activities
