• Preparing database from application system for monitoring process;
• Preparing offer letter, notification, and arrangement briefing session;
• conducting due diligence for all documents for preparing the offer letter and agreement;
• Obtaining relevant documents from recipients and preparing an agreement;
• Liaise with the Legal department for the agreement process and addendum;
• Documenting payment ;
• Assist Grant Manager in monitoring and compliance;
• Review the progressive and final reports ;
• Preparing completion letter; and
• Communicate with beneficiaries and internal regarding grant matters.

1. Perform general secretarial and clerical duties related to the grant projects.
2. Attend to general correspondence, concerns, and issues raised.
3. Other matters that are deemed necessary and as when required.
