·       Ensure financial transactions between Citi and the partners are in compliant with contract

·       Work closely with Citi Controllers and Accounting Policy on accounting requirements for all aspects of partner agreements, policy changes, and initiatives

Education and/or Experience

·       B.S. in Finance or Accounting.

·       15+ years of financial experience in credit card industry and/or financial services.

Reporting to the Head of Operations for Finance, the Resource Management Lead is responsible for leading the Finance Organizations’ workforce and technology strategies, as well as ensuring governance and compliance with all of Citi’s and the Finance organization’s policies, procedures and processes.

As part of the Fraud Analytics, Modeling & Intelligence organization, this role manages and executes the fraud analytics and strategies supporting Citi’s North American and global credit card and retail bank businesses. Cash & Trade Processing Intermediate Associate Analyst is an entry level role responsible for assisting the function with any projects and initiatives related to cash management in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to facilitate multiple complex transaction types from end to end, including escalation as needed. Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for supporting Risk Weighted Assets "RWA" Analytics within the Capital Controllers Group, specifically focused on derivatives analysis and RWA calculation relative to Basel Rule.

Job Description

Citigroup’s Capital Planning organization is responsible for the firm’s capital planning activities across the full range of operating environments, from business-as-usual conditions, through stress, recovery and resolution (the Capital Planning continuum). These activities are essential to determining Citi’s target capital levels, dividends and share buybacks, level of Risk Weighted Assets and reported capital ratios.

The Capital Planning team coordinates the multi-year, multi-scenario forecasting exercise conducted on a quarterly basis and aggregates the forecasting results for internal reporting and for annual CCAR/DFAST submission to regulators using FRY-14A forms.

The Y14A Forecast Reporting Analyst will report to the Head of Y14A Projections Reporting and will contribute to the annual production process of the FRY-14A reports as well as the submission to the regulatory agencies.

They will also be responsible for defining and documenting the reporting process and the associated controls and specifying/testing enhancements to the regulatory reporting system.

The role will provide exposure to financial and regulatory reporting and will partner extensively with colleagues across Finance and Technology. Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and excellent interpersonal skills are required given the high level of interaction with several stakeholders throughout the firm. Production Responsibilities

The KYC Operations Assoc Analyst is an entry-level position responsible for participating in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, oversight and regulatory reporting activities in coordination with the Compliance and Control team. The overall objective of this role is to assist in the development and management of a dedicated internal KYC (Know Your Client) program at Citi.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct reviews of client account activity, statements, internet research, and client profile information
• Conduct background checks/intelligence/customer research/transactional analysis
• Conduct regulatory and sanction screenings as well as review domestic consumer cases and support complex periodic review processes
• Escalate unusual activity to the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) and assist with escalating potential risks
• Support periodic review triage processes
• Present summarized findings to peers and management, including recommendations to changes in procedures resulting from review findings and quality assurance review of analyst case work
• Onboard/train new associates, as needed
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Previous experience in financial Crimes, AML Investigations, or Operational Risk experience
• CAMS/CFE certification preferred

Job Description Summary:
 

A key aspect of the IA Data and Technology group’s responsibilities is to provide Internal Audit with business intelligence and insight to enable strategic and operational decision-making across the organization. Reporting to IA’s Business Intelligence (BI) Lead, the BI Lead Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders across IA and Global Functions Technology to enable, manage and support IA’s Business Intelligence environment.   

This role will assist in defining the strategy for IA’s Business Intelligence department, including processes, governance, branding and reporting.  The role requires a combination of analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills to build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organization while delivering exceptional insight and analytics to Internal Audit.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop dashboards, reports, and other business intelligence and analytics in a variety of platforms, including IBM Cognos and Tableau.
• Develop and maintain good working knowledge of IA’s methodology, especially as it relates to audit execution, issue validation and other assurance activities, and the subsequent impact of these activities on IA’s metrics.
• Resolve complex and highly variable issues related to reporting, including redundancies across outputs, assessing impact of inaccurate or outdated logic, new or changing requirements, and other issues that may arise in an evolving BI environment.
• Contribute to the establishment of data analytics governance/standards and support their implementation through assigned BAU activities.
• Develop and apply in-depth understanding of how data analytics integrate within the team and contribute to the objectives of the entire function.
• Produce detailed analysis of issues where the best course of action is not evident from the information available, but actions must be recommended/ taken.
• Make key decisions as it relates to the design of the underlying environment that supports Business Intelligence, implementing and maintaining necessary systems to respond efficiently to scheduled and ad-hoc requests for information. 
• Act as a strong advocate for data quality across all IA data, promoting accuracy, completeness and consistency among users who interact with IA data in source systems, as well as identifying redundancies, and analyzing patterns to identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and other enhancements.
• Interact with production-and internally developed applications/tools to verify information and data quality.  Where a need is identified for enhanced data quality monitoring, design and build necessary logic and enhancements to achieve this.
• Continuous improvement of existing processes (including the collection, review, aggregation, and dissemination of information), to generate efficiencies and address relevant requirements.
• Provision of ad-hoc information requests and analysis as deemed necessary - working closely with the broader Chief Operating Office team - for both internal (e.g., Citi/Product/Function Chief Auditors, Chief Operating Officer) and external stakeholders (e.g., examiners, regulators).
   

Knowledge and Experience:

• 6-8 years of experience in business analysis or data analysis
• BS/BA degree or an equivalent combination of education/experience in a related field (Computer Science, Management Information, etc.).  Prior experience in the financial services industry/Internal Audit experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of and experience providing timely, high-quality, insightful data analytics and reporting under tight deadlines and among multiple competing deliverables, with flexibility to prioritize workload accordingly.
• Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with a proven ability to operate in a manually intensive data environment, extracting large volumes of data from disparate sources, cleansing, and validating it, and transforming it into high quality, insightful reporting.
• Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Intellectually curious, consistently evaluating “what is the data telling me?” and “why does it matter?"
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate analytics requirements and results and make practical recommendations for analytics enhancements.
• Proven ability to develop ideas from concept to an executable plan.
• Effective negotiation skills, a proactive and 'no surprises' approach in communicating issues and strength in sustaining independent views.  This individual must be an articulate and effective communicator, both orally and in writing, with an energetic, charismatic, and approachable style.
• High level of proficiency with the MS Office Suite is essential as well as Business Intelligence development experience using Cognos and Tableau.
• Ability to analyze complex data structures and legacy SQL code with minimal direction.
• Strong coordination and project management skills; must be able to define business requirements and create robust technical and process documentation to support activities.
