Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and engineering support for medical aesthetic laser equipment which includes on-site maintenance servicing.
• Provide after-sales maintenance service to customers, perform calibration of electronic components and execute laser alignment procedures.
• Manage routine repair work and provide troubleshooting and installation setup.
• Manage spare part inventory and warranty spare part returns
• Plan routine servicing schedule and assist in equipment setup for demo and new setup.
• Arrange for equipment maintenance service contract and administrative documentation.
• Ensure proper documentation, notification, tracking and follow upon all technical matters.
• Prepare and maintain technical service reports.
• Communicate with the manufacturers on complaints and problems.
• Attend to break down repair at short notice.
• Assist delivery work as assigned. (Machine and Product)

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering / Biomedical Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 3 to 4 years working experience in service of medical device. (*Junior level bellow 2 years experience encourage to apply for Junior position)
• Able to write and communicate well in English. Able to work independently, is hardworking and possesses good interpersonal skills.
• Good team player who is able to complete the assigned jobs within given time frame and possesses great desire to learn and grow with the company.

Civil Engineer 

• Liaise and coordinate with contractor, clients & authority.
• To produce details design of sewerage, water supply, earthworks, road and drainage.
• To attend pre-consultation with authority for civil design works

Structural Engineer

• Perform structural analysis/ calculation and design for various building and structural works.
• Provide technical expertise for building construction projects with full responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing and coordinating technical assignments, ensuring that standards and procedures are adhered to and recommending process improvements.
• Scrutinise accuracy of calculations, drawings and reports and ensure quality standards are adhered.
• Cooperate and work closely with other engineers & drafter.
• Delivering projects to the required quality, timeline and budget.
• Liaison with third party engineering firms on tasks involving non-standard engineering issues and collaborates with project team to resolve problems by contributing significant new designs and techniques.
