GENERAL ROLES:
- Assign and ensure security protection for all company assets, property and authorized people within premises.
- Ensure employees, visitors and contractors comply with all Company’s Rules and Regulations.
- Ensure to liaise with the management on any employee's misconduct cases or other non-compliance matters.
- Provide constructive feedback to Management to improve and achieve security related matters.
- Conduct training related to Security Procedures for more improvement.
- Plan, monitor and control the duties of all Security Assistant including outsource security guards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain security function at the premises.
- Enforce company Rules and Regulation.
- Constantly monitor, maintain and improve the Security System such as cctv, card access, etc.
- Implement access control measures effectively and efficiently.
- Perform monitoring administrative duties, which include maintenance of records, data and reports writings.
- Assist in security investigation and security audits
- Other daily security duties as required by Security Supervisor.
