1. Assist recruitment tasks such as job posting, sourcing resumes, interview arrangement, background check, etc.
协助完成招聘工作,如职位发布、求职简历、安排面试、背景调查等
2. Organize, compile, update company personnel records and employee personal file documentation
组织、编制、更新公司人事记录 和员工个人档案
3. Assist in writing company letters such as offer letter, employment letter, confirmation letter, acceptance of resignation letter, etc; 协助撰写公司书函,如录取函,雇佣函,转正函,辞职函等
4. Calculate and record employee’s OT, leaves, advance salary, etc 计算并记录员工的加班、休假和预支工资等
Record and manage employee medical claim and expenses claim, and ensure the claim is acceptable;
5.记录和管理员工的医疗索赔和费用索赔,并确保索赔是合理的;
Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as assigned;完成上级所分配的任何任务。
