What we need to see:
A Masters or PhD (or additional equivalent experience) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a domain science with a strong focus on the related computational methods. 5+ years of meaningful work experience
Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and techniques, including common quantum algorithms such as Quantum Fourier Transform (QFT), Quantum Phase Estimation (QPE), and Quantum Approximate Optimization Algorithm (QAOA).
Direct experience improving the performance of quantum computing applications.
