Key Accountabilities:
The Loyalty Marketing Manager will lead merchant acquisition and business development efforts for our Loyalty App. The ideal candidate will drive merchant partnerships, expand business opportunities, and enhance the overall value proposition for agents.
Job Description:
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new merchants onto our loyalty platform.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with merchants, franchises, and businesses to expand our network and enhance product offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and agents, serving as the primary point of contact for onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with merchants to tailor loyalty programs and incentives to enhance agent engagement and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for expansion and innovation.
- Assist merchants in creating and executing targeted marketing campaigns to promote their offerings and drive agent acquisition and retention.
- Track, analyse, and report on key metrics related to merchant and agent acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate closely with agents and internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in merchant acquisition and business development
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions, build rapport with stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities within the agent loyalty space.
- Demonstrates problem-solving skills and manage to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Effectively communicate with management at all levels across various departments.
- Ability to work as a team and foster cooperation, contribute positively.
- Capable of negotiation skills and making informed management decisions based on the findings.
- Driven, proactive, agile, ability to troubleshoot and thrive in fast-paced corporate environments.
- Passion for innovation, technology, and driving positive change in the agent loyalty industry.
