In this role, you will support the Category and Business Development of HP’s Peripherals Portfolio (HP Branded peripherals & HyperX products). Here, we partner with teams across the globe to maximize our digital interaction and evolve the business model to drive sales, revenue and most importantly, a frictionless customer experience. 

Key responsibilities:

• Support Worldwide Central Category peers/colleagues in their daily engagements/tasks with countries and GBU;

• Support Internal Product Communication Manager in the creation and maintenance of relevant tools and decks for our local category/sales communities across the globe;

• Product management asset (Product portfolio, sell in deck, product presentation, product roadmaps, technical specifications...);

• Competitive analysis (battle cards, portfolio product guidance…);

• Manage the product assets information & make sure they are all up to date &  loaded on all the relevant platform, and available for Sales as well as HP Partners;

• Build tools/processes to make all the relevant product marketing information available to the countries including category and sales, in the most efficient way and help to verify their readiness;

• Help to coordinate the trainings of our country categories and sales;

• Support creation of Peripherals & product newsletters

Who you are?

• Current student enrolled in Master degree with a specialization in Communication or Marketing.

• Strong communication and influencing skills.

• Positive can-do attitude and customer centric approach.

• Fluent English written and verbal.

• Other languages knowledge would be an asset.

• MS Office knowledge.

• Excellent teamwork skills.

In deze functie ben je het aanspreekpunt voor product technische vragen rond ons Chemicals segment en fungeert als specialist binnen je niche.

Je werkt in deze functie van maandag tot en met vrijdag waarbij je 10 dagen per maand thuis kan werken. De andere dagen werk je op ons kantoor in Haasrode.

Het team

Je komt terecht in een team van 10 andere Internal Product Specialists waar samenwerking centraal staat en je rapporteert aan de Teamleader Internal Product Specialists. Daarnaast werk je ook samen met collega's uit andere teams zoals External Product Specialists, Account Managers, Customer Service,...

Wat we zoeken

• Opleiding: je hebt een Bachelor of Master in een wetenschappelijke opleiding voltooid en hebt daardoor een goede kennis van chemie.
• Talenkennis: je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels, zowel geschreven als gesproken.
• Je kan vlot werken met MS Office, ervaring met SAP is een plus.
• Je beschikt over communitatieve en commerciële vaardigheden.
• Je bent resultaatgericht, een teamplayer, klantgericht, analytisch, kritisch en innovatief.

• Je verleent productadvies en klachtenafhandeling binnen jouw specialisatie (Chemicals).
• Je biedt ondersteuning aan en werkt samen met Account Managers, Externe Product Specialisten en Customer Service Medewerkers.

• Je biedt actief jouw bijdrage aan verkoopprocessen d.m.v. het promoten en ondersteunen van productgroepen bij klanten.
• Je gaat wanneer nodig op zoek naar alternatieven binnen jouw gamma.
• Je levert je bijdrage aan (KPI) rapportages over activiteiten en resultaten bij klanten van Account Managers en Externe Product Specialisten.

job requirement

• Good knowledge in Autocad, SAP, ISO auditing and statistical tools e.g. minitab
• Experience working in an ISO 9001:2000 Quality System
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor trained
• Experience in 3rd party audit, internal audit, training, and review and update of documents
• Good interpretation of the QMS standard and good interpersonal communication skills
• Willing to work around kallang / lavender area
