Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Perform evaluation studies on newly installed analyzers; assist customer in data analysis and report generation for the purpose of instrument validation.
· Plan and execute structured operation/user training.
· Provide clinical and application solutions to external customers as well as to the internal teams.
· Perform live demonstration and presentation such as Continuous Medical Education (CME) to potential and existing customers.
· Maintain a high knowledge of product line in order to deliver excellent customer support services to internal and external customers.
· Work closely within and between departments in order to fasten resolve on difficult problems.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biomedical Science, Biomedicine, Diploma in MLT or related discipline
· Able to work in fast-paced environment
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Willing to work exceeding normal working hours when required
· Possess own transport and willing to travel in short notice.
Years of Experience:
· 0-2 years
· Preferable minimum 1 year of working experience in hospital based or healthcare environment
