Key Role
1.To promote and sell company products consists of heat exchangers and HVAC finished product to customers;
2.To handle customers’ account in term of sales enquiry, quotation and sales order;
3.To collect payment from customer and monitor customer’s sales performance;
4.To provide excellent customer service and support to customer;
5.To implement procedures and changes to bring good result to company sales;
6.To implement company’s sales policies.
Key Responsibilities
1.To ensure the sales target are met.
2.To handle customers’ enquiry on time and ensure all quotation is profitability.
3.To execute sales and marketing plans and promote a good relationship with customer
4.To work closely with Production, Material Control, Technical to ensure the total manufacturing process.
5.Any other roles and responsibilities assigned by superior from time to time.
Key Accountabilities
1.Sales target is achieved and on time collection;
2.Ensure overall smooth operation of the sales process.
3.To execute the departmental work plan
Prerequisite Skill & Knowledge
1.Graduate with relevant experiences in the engineering/air conditioning field;
2.Knowledge of air conditioning technology and market;
3.Good knowledge in computer software like Microsoft Office/AutoCAD/Adobe Photoshop;
4.Basic understanding of ISO Quality System.
