We are seeking a skilled Yield Integrator to join our dynamic team. The Yield Integrator will play a crucial role in optimizing and driving production End to End yield and ensuring the quality of our NAND memory products. This role requires a strong understanding on yield computation and ability to drive action towards meeting the goals. Background in coding, SQL  along with the ability to maintain web services and knowledge in SPOTFIRE will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and drive actions to improve End to End Yield.
• Develop and implement algorithms and methodologies to identify and address yield issues.
• Design and maintain web services for data analysis and visualization.
• Utilize coding skills to automate data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
• Implement AI Techniques to develop predictive yield models and optimize production & Test performance.
• Work closely with engineering teams to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce scraps.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield performance and product quality.
• Provide regular reports and updates on yield metrics and performance.
• Able to sustain existing process systems will be added advantage.

• Develop, plan and implement site Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) procedures/programs/capability building and ensures alignment with Corporate RBA policies, goals, and objectives.
• Ensure site compliance with governmental and local regulations pertaining to RBA Validated Assessment Program (VAP) requirements
• Ensure required regulatory and internal performance metric reports are submitted accurately and within established timelines
• Participate in the review of site RBA Code of Conduct requirements
• Sound knowledge of related standards ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SA8000
• Work with EHS, HR, QA, Supply Chain, and Site Management to ensure appropriate corrective action is taken where Labor non-compliances or environmental, health and safety hazards exist.
• Co-ordination and preparation of necessary response for internal as well as external party audits (RBA, Customers, third party compliance audit, legal audit, etc).
• Guide Factory RBA leads to implement RBA Code of Conduct for Audit compliance 
• Maintain ongoing communications with RBA on any Code of Conduct updates and other new requirements
• Actively participate in RBA work group meetings

• Support BE Media test (PZT, TDS, Magnetic Certification) process.
• Support FE and BE AOI process.
• Certify new head and transfer into back end test operation
• Media BE test vs HDD Drive Correlation and Optimization.
• Support HDD return investigation.
• Qualify & release and new media test process propagation/installation into manufacturing.
• Continue to monitor, optimize, analyze and implement improvement(upgrade) all media test process related.

• Interface with Product Engineering/HME in HDD
• Interface with support team – IT/Product group
• Follow all safety and health rules

• Oversee Reliability measurement on production media to ensure timely feedback
• Manage a group of lab technicians to perform routine reliability measurement and tester/chamber troubleshooting
• Analyse reliability data to ensure no measurement error in the reliability lab testing and maintain measurement consistency
• Work with process team to evaluate the reliability risks on changes made in production process
• Liaise with QE team to ensure all the necessary reliability data are available before product shipment to customer
• Involve and provide support in customer complaint which is related to product reliability
• Enhance reliability test predictability & detection capability
• Support new product tribology buy-off if necessary
• Work with US R&D team to establish new reliability test and ensure timely implementation in factory
• Participate in routine reliability test correlation among sites
• Involve in IMS activities : ISO9001/ISO45001/ISO14001/BCMS/RBA
• Support plantwide internal & external audit activities

• Transfer & Release New product into Manufacturing relates to Test
• Working with NPI/Program manager/QC/QA to establish the Test Process indicator triggering limit for new product.
• Interface with support team – NPI Sputter Engineering/ NPI Non-Sputter
• Monitor, Sustain & Improve New Product yield. 
• Monitor and analyze all test related issue for new product.
• Transfer New Test Process specifically for NPI into Manufacturing.
• Coordinating daily Test NPI activities.
• Attend test FMEA meeting
• Support HDD request relates to optimization between media test and drive
• Media quality improvement to avoid posttest failure for NPI qualification sample to HDD

Job Summary:
