We are seeking a System & Onboarding Specialist to join our Managed Services Team in Cyberjaya. This role is for an experienced, technically skilled professional who can provide technical expertise across Logicalis's tooling, onboard new clients, govern their ticket queue and hygiene, and run and participate in small projects onboarding new customers.

The Onboarding Engineer will improve the efficiency of the customer onboarding process, learn and adapt to new tools and processes as they are implemented, identify and assist in building automation, and be comfortable talking and representing Logicalis in front of internal customers and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Managing, maintaining, and updating Logicalis tools, which mainly consist of LogicMonitor, BeyondTrust, and ServiceNow, and may also include other tools as needed.

• Coordinating with the respective vendors for support, onboarding new clients and users and supporting Logicalis employees. You will also be expected to enhance tooling and tooling processes, as well as identify and assist in automation to boost productivity.
• Managing the incidents, requests and changes assigned to the Tools team queues in ServiceNow and maintaining ticket hygiene consistently.
• Documenting solutions and knowledge in the Logicalis knowledge management system.
• Working on projects to build and set up tooling for new clients, finding and improving onboarding processes, and identifying and assisting in onboarding automation to enhance productivity.
• Attending meetings with clients to explain and answer questions about Logicalis processes and tooling.

• A technology all-rounder with more than 3 years of experience in either Azure, networking, or digital workspace technologies.
• Experience using ServiceNow and LogicMonitor will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrate ability to self-motivate and prioritize work.
• Strong communication skills especially in English
• Experience handling Australian customers will be an added advantage

Role Summary

This is a key role within the APAC procurement team and will offer the successful candidate a great opportunity to influence how the team develops of the coming years. The position holder will join the team here in Malaysia and act as a point of contact specifically for EITS purchase such as Hardware, software & cloud computing but will also assist with other categories of spend, such as marketing, professional services, HR, facilities and travel. 

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement: - Take a lead on managing complex negotiations - Manage RFXs, auctions and contracts including renewal – utilizing Ariba, Experian’s e-sourcing tool. 
• Business support: - Monitor supplier performance against agreed KPI’s and SLA’s; - Understand business requirements, build supply chain and lead to meet or exceed expectations
• Provide market insight and ability to lead and drive right direction together with business and stakeholders 
• Compliance: - Ensure Group and APAC procurement policies are adhered to. and drive compliance agenda with internal stakeholders and reduce risk exposure 
• Procurement business analysis: - Work with internal Legal teams to understand the impacts of legislation or other changes in the environment;
• Develop and manage contract renewal and project pipelines
• APAC Procurement Role for EITS Purchase: - Set and create the regional category strategy for EITS across the APAC region, in association with the Global category lead
• Lead the category offering SME advice to internal stakeholders across the region
• Analyse current market trends and supplier base to leverage best value opportunities across the region - Work with internal stakeholders to identify and procure new EITS spend at best in market cost.
