Job Description:

1. Coordinate with suppliers on sourcing materials, price negotiation and delivery status. 
2. Responsible on purchasing requisitions, quotation enquiries, issuance of purchase order and invoicing. 
3. To coordinate with all related departments to achieve the plan target and schedule. 
4. To ensure and practice a proper filing system. 
5. To enquire and evaluate quotations from supplier 
6. Coordinate, monitor and follow up with supplier on time delivery 
7. Issue PO and maintain systematic filing of PO 
8. Matching invoice with DO & PO 
9. To perform all other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors whenever necessary from time to time 

Job Requirement:

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Professional Certificates or equivalent in Business Studies / Administration / Management
• Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, SQL system
• Preferably at least 3 years of related working experience
• Good communication skills in English, Malay, Mandarin language for both spoken and written
