1. To implement and maintain an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, as well as conduct and schedule BIS, GRS, and Oeko-Tex certifications.
2. To implement all the ISO procedures in the QA/QC department.

4. To engage in continuous knowledge development regarding each certification’s requirements, recommended best practices, techniques, and performance standards.
5. To conduct a periodical review and analysis of current QA/QC operational processes and recommend appropriate updates and changes in the QA/QC-related procedures.
6. To verify the in-process inspection and finished product quality inspection data and reports.
7. To verify incoming inspections for raw materials and consumables.
8. To report the non-conformance findings to department heads as well as other respective departments and key persons to determine the disposition of the non-conformance materials.
9. To be responsible for coordinating customer feedback and complaints and liaising with relevant departments to ensure they are resolved.
10. To verify the calibration report and the Equipment Calibration Required Master List.
11. To ensure prompt submission of the monthly Quality Assurance/Control Department Report to the superior for verification and compilation.

Joining the biggest Facilities company in the South West region, as an Compliance Officer you will be responsible for CAFM systems, statutory compliance, financial administration, PPM documentation. Role Purpose: Primary Eyecare Services is looking for a Compliance Officer. This is to support the compliance team in the delivery of key aspects of work across Quality and Compliance, including ongoing registration with Care Quality Commission (CQC). The role will include reviewing and policies, audits, DPIAs and development of resources and reports as required for compliance against the NHS standard contract. The successful applicant will report to the Quality Team Manager. Responsibilities: Supporting the development, review and implementation of policies and SOPs. Support organisation with data protection processes, including but not limited to Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA), Data Sharing/Information Sharing Agreements (DSA/ISAs), data breaches, reporting, investigation and training. Support development of procurement responses Support the preparation of information for CQC submissions, monitor submissions, assurance checks and other external reviews. Development of reports for quality and compliance. Report writing, supporting the development of Annual Quality Plan, Green Plan, Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) Plan and other plans as required within NHS standard contract and/or ongoing CQC registration. Testing and Review of Business Continuity Plans with development of mitigations. Achieving and maintaining accreditations e.g. Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO accreditations, etc. Developing the necessary knowledge and expertise to be able to respond effectively to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders. Compliance audits across the organisation based on commissioner requests and regulators. Implementation of continuous quality improvement programmes based on outcomes of audits and in response to PSIRF plan and policy. Review national guidance and provide opinion. Needs to be time conscious to meet deadlines. The role will be based from the PES office (Manchester M4 6LN) with the opportunity to work from home from time to time.

About the role

Job Title: Compliance Officer

Location: Home based with occasional travel across London

Salary: £33,232 per annum FTE (Including London Weighting)

This is a fixed term contract up until until 31 March 2025 with potential to extend.

The Compliance Officer will ensure the Get Ahead Work Experience programme is delivered in full compliance of the Greater London Authority (GLA) programme specific requirements and UK Shared Prosperity Fund (SPF) regulations, by use of detailed knowledge of the applicable rules.

The post holder will lead on internal and external audits of the project from within Education Development Trust (EDT), GLA or SPF and will conduct detailed checks and reviews that ensure project activities, funding claims and project deliverables are at all times fully compliant with all requirements. You will also be expected to attend meetings with the GLA Team face to face on a quarterly basis.

The Compliance Officer will carry out a broad range of regular and ad-hoc administrative services and tasks for and with managers, colleagues, customers and contract clients to support the achievement of the programme outcomes.

Working on our most prestigious contracts, our uniformed Access Control Officers are key members of the security team. They are tasked with enabling access for the thousands of workers employed across the contract by the control, issue and receipt of access control passes.

Their primary tasks are to deliver front of house reception, administration and customer service duties to support the project and enable both site pass holders and visitors to gain access to the main site.

This is primarily an administrative, customer facing, reception role with the operation of security and visitor management IT systems. By the nature of their activities, Access Control Officers will require an SIA license in order to effectively deliver this function.

The Access Control Officer is a duty role that is required to provide 24 hour Access Control coverage across the contract, therefore applicants must be prepared to work 12 hour shifts rotating through days and nights.

Your Time at Work

Your responsibilities will include -

- Key enabler of access to the site and associated developments

- Issue and receipt of Site Access Control passes to workers and visitors
