Senior HR Executive

Responsibilities:
* Executing recruitment initiatives to ensure it runs smoothly, carrying out recruitment activities from job
posting, resumes screening, talent selection and interview arrangements.
* Following up on the interview status with Hiring Manager, making offer to the shortlisted candidate and
preparing employment contract.
* Collaborate with the different departments to participate in comprehensive onboarding programs that
introduce new hires to our company culture, policies, and procedures.
* Facilitate and introduce informative onboarding materials to help new hires integrate seamlessly.
* Provide advisories to the management with regard to employment issues which includes labour legislations,
local labour practices and company manpower practices and ensure legal compliances with all
statutory requirements.
* Recommend, plan and implement pay structure revisions.
* Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including but not limited to processing payroll, calculating overtime,
commission, deductions and taxes and ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
* Inputting employee details into HRIS software, maintain personnel files by updating new information or change
in employment status.
* Maintain employee data by ensuring the accuracy of records in both HR system and personal files.
* Safeguard the employee database by ensuring compliance, data integrity and security.
* Managing employees’ attendance & leave records to ensure compliance on HR policies, information or change
in employment status.
* Co-ordinating employee engagement activities to promote team bonding among employees and conduct
employee survey as needed.
* Provide support for day-to-day administrative functions and assist in ad-hoc HR activities.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Resources Management / Business Admin.
• Minimum 3 years of HR related working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS system and payroll software.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
• Team player, ability to act with professionalism and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
