This position is being filled under the memorandum from the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness (USD(P&R)) "Expansion of Direct Hire Authority for Certain Personnel of the Department of Defense," dated June 23, 2023.

As a Program Manager at the NH-0340-4 broadband level some of your typical work assignments may include:

• Serve as the Program Manager for space acquisition programs/projects to meet all actions and risks related to program cost, schedule, and performance. Establishes program objectives, makes recommendations, planning milestone dates, tracking the processes and costs throughout the life-cycle of the program.
• Provide programmatic leadership on execution of contract requirements packages under and adhere to acquisition governance process.
• Develop and conduct management reviews, decision and information briefings related to acquisition policy, planning and assessment. Convert and execute relevant acquisition strategic goals into program/capability delivery to the warfighter. Execute baseline remedial and preventive actions.

• Coding of automations via Robotics Process Automation software following Process Design Document (PDD) requirements and code repository.
• Process engineering including analyzing inputs/outputs of systems to develop efficient processes on behalf of IBC Process Automation customers.
• Creating and reviewing documentation on business processes to document ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ processes that will be automated via process automation.
• Provide programming support for web-based applications to address bugs and implement system enhancements.
• Provide implementation support for new customers including system interfaces, custom code changes, data migration efforts and system testing.
• Create and update SQL queries and PL/SQL code to support system updates and enhancements.

• Develop and carry out operating plans for trail maintenance, rehabilitation, reconstruction, and construction projects based on approved direction.
• Implement trail, and/or wilderness and bridge construction and reconstruction projects.
• Develop and monitor the logistics required for the completion of wilderness projects and non-wilderness projects associated with trail maintenance and reconstruction.
• Perform independently or as a leader of a small project crew in trail maintenance and construction.

• Serve as primary C4 technology advisor, responsible for decisions that have a direct and substantial impact on the management of cyber and telecommunications policy, planning and resourcing encompassing the space enterprise.

• Conducts analysis, selection, control, and evaluation of Command IT enterprise investment decisions.
• Represents USSPACECOM's C4 & Cyber Directorate with a variety of installation and functional area organizations and represents the organization at DoD-wide, national level, and multi-command technical meetings, working groups, boards, and conferences.

1. Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the 561 NOS Operations Support Flight. Develops goals and objectives that integrate organization and Information Technology (IT) planning, integration, resource management, Information Technology Service Management (ITSM), security management, unit deployment management and facilities management objectives.
2. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Directs, coordinates, and oversees work through subordinate supervisors. Advises staff regarding policies, procedures, and directives of higher-level management or headquarters.
3. Represents the 561 NOS with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Meets with key customers and coordinating officials to assess customer satisfaction, explain organization policy and procedures, and resolves significant problems that arise.
4. Functions as a senior technical advisor on contract and budget activities. Plans and coordinates all phases of the acquisition, implementation, and integration of IT assets. Conducts extensive research and analytical studies of new and emerging IT systems and technologies and develops specifications, justifications, and economic analysis in support of selection and acquisition actions based on command's management concepts, objectives, plans, and policies.

• Manages all aspects of housing assistance to ensure that housing assistance provided complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
• Exercises management responsibilities and establishes policies and procedures for the housing assistance program.
• Performs non-routine studies and surveys to study unprecedented problems and improve the housing assistance program, and participates in the administration of housing management.
• Administers a variety of housing interest programs.

• Integrates and synchronizes Operations Flight work force for preventive maintenance (PM).
• Responsible for receiving, reviewing and processing all Civil Engineering work requirements and CE Enterprise IT data associated with operations management, warranty program management and investment planning.
• Manages/Executes Facility Manager Program.
• Supports the Unit Control Center (UCC) during exercise and real world situations.

- Operates one or more types of heavy equipment to excavate, backfill, grade, or level earth to rough specifications on such projects as breaking new ground for trails, roads, airfields, or other construction sites.

• YOU WILL/MAY:
• Ensure that regulated establishments produce a safe product by executing appropriate inspection methods, determining non-compliance with regulatory requirements, documenting noncompliance and initiating enforcement action, where warranted.
• Verify that meat and poultry slaughter and/or processing establishment's Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Plans meet regulatory requirements.
• Execute Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Plans effectively to prevent unsanitary conditions and adulteration of product.
• Review records, observe plant operations and conduct hands-on verification to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and prepare detailed documentation (Non-Compliance Records) of non-compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Determine when regulatory control action is necessary. You will assess whether the plant's corrective or preventative actions are acceptable and effective, if there are trends in non-compliance, or if enforcement action is warranted.
• Conduct regulatory oversight activities inside plants in matters relating to other consumer protections (e.g., economic adulteration and misbranding).
• Have contact with plant managers, owners and others to explain legal and regulatory requirements, discuss operation of the plant's SSOP, HACCP plan and other food safety programs.
• Communicate and defend determinations on non-compliance issues and discuss plans for addressing non-compliance.
• Work with a variety of individuals to resolve problems, clarify differences of interpretation concerning HACCP and other food safety or consumer protection requirements.
• Advise other Agency inspectors, supervisors and officers on inspection and enforcement matters for which you are involved.
• Conduct various samplings, surveys and tests to obtain pertinent data on potential problem areas, industry trends, or other issues of current interest to the Agency.
• Be involved in performing health and safety verification sampling and tests for detection of specific microbes (e.g., salmonella, listeria, etc.), residues or contaminants.
• Assure that products approved for import are in full compliance with all applicable Federal regulations governing the importation of meat and poultry products.
• Authorize entry of all meat or poultry products considered to comply with Federal regulations or refuse entry of any products which violate any of the requirements for admission into this country.
• Coordinate with other Federal agencies (e.g., the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) on such matters as animal health restrictions and refused entry lots.
