Summary
The Senior Operations Coordinator plans, directs, and controls driver scheduling, allocation, and dispatching along with communication functions to effect economical utilization of driver facilities. Your Responsibilities as a Software DevOps Engineer are to maintain the operations of our externally facing critical 24x7 "Software as a Service" systems.
Your role:
Support of the Product Delivery process, including production releases of critical externally facing products as well as staging and preparing testing and quality assurance environments. Ensure all operations meet current HIPAA, ASIP and other relevant regulatory guidelines. Work directly with the PMO to ensure all project release schedules are met.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Provide owner’s agent support to Federal Project Directors (FPDs) executing design and construction of capital line-item and other construction projects at the Pantex Plant in Amarillo, Texas. Independently reviews the development and implementation of highly complex designs and technical procedures, providing feedback to the FPDs supported. The successful candidate has demonstrated construction inspection and quality assurance experience during design, construction, fabrication, and installation of equipment. Candidate understands project risks and their impacts on cost and schedule and can inform the project FPDs of potential mitigations. Department of Energy experience is desired, and knowledge of nuclear facilities and processes is a plus. Summary
WinCan, a growing global manufacturer of inspection software, is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to perform technical training and phone support for our client base. This position is based in our Pittsburgh office. The candidate must enjoy working in a fast-paced small company environment where teamwork and initiative are core values. The candidate must be able to travel both regionally and nationally.
Duties
· Provide on-site and remote client support for software and hardware interfaces.
· Perform PC hardware builds, inventory, support, and shipping.
· Conduct on-site and remote installations of software and hardware.
· Provide customer training on WinCan inspection platform.
· Troubleshoot customer issues and respond to customer questions as a helpdesk agent.
· Positively contribute to team projects and self-manage independent tasks to completion.
Requirements
· CompTIA A+ certification preferred or willingness to obtain within first year
· Software/ hardware customer service and/or training experience
· Familiarity with working with a service ticket tracking system
· Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
· Ability to follow company procedures while working independently on multiple tasks
· Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, and adapt to changing priorities
· Travel required (20%)
· Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and Canada.
