The Ambulatory Care (CBOC) Clinical Coordinator is responsible for performing key duties in the areas of administration, supervision, management analysis, and day to day operational management of the ambulatory care site. (5) Inspects damage or deterioration and determines repair or replacement of plastic, fiberglass, composites, bonded structures, and bonded honeycomb assemblies using powered and non powered tools and equipment. Repairs or replaces retaining frames and installs plastic laminated blanks. Designs and constructs forming fixtures.

(6) Manufactures and ensures that metal tubing, conduits and cables are fabricated and tested in accordance with drawings and specifications. Fabricates and repairs flexible control cables.

Treats metal with chemical procedures, such as acids and caustics for passivation and etching, to protect metal from oxidation. Performs such functions as pickling of metals to prepare for good bonding with primer coat of protective materials.

(12) Applies protective coatings, markings, and decals after proper removal of corrosion and treatment of metals. Uses conventional paint spray equipment, electrostatic spray equipment, brushes and special applicators when applying primers and surface coatings.(

Calculates and posts charges to patrons' accounts and balances totals with control records. Accepts payment, makes change, and presents departing guests checkout statements. Prepares and safeguards cash receipts, prepares daily cashier's report, daily activity report, and may prepare consolidated daily activity report. Maintains current checkout list. Maintains and sells sundry sales items to patrons. Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Ensures required information is received from guest and entered into guest folio. Prints backup reports from property management system. Ensures housekeeping status of rooms is updated. Records and notifies appropriate person/organization of maintenance problems reported by guests. Ensure front desk area and lobby remains clean. Process Night Audit procedures and close credit card machines nightly. Maintains the lost and found program. Ensures that customer service is the first priority.
