To help with this, we are looking for an outstanding Senior Data Analyst – someone who has a knack for understanding data and telling the story of why it matters. What you will do: As a Senior Analyst, you will lay the groundwork and contribute to day-to-day reporting needs for client marketing efforts. You will work on brand campaigns and pitches, assist in developing reporting frameworks for web and social analytics projects and manage quality and insightful reporting for clients whilst supervising your junior analysts.

Day-to-day, your role includes:

• Keeping a pulse on daily, weekly and monthly performance data from web and social analytics platforms together with your direct reports

• Working in a variety of reporting systems and databases for the creation of recurring reports and dashboards

• Tagging and Implementation with internal development or client teams

• Participating in ad hoc requests from accounts handled such as root-cause analysis, reporting, data insights generation and more.

• Supporting marketing initiatives across project and campaign lifecycles, including measurement plans, primary and secondary research, and performance reporting

• Expanding industry knowledge and relevant skillsets through scheduled internal training on Analytics and Implementation

• Lead your junior analysts including providing coaching, career planning and ensuring quality of deliverables at its optimum

A DAY IN A LIFE

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

• With guidance, participate in key commercial budgeting and forecasting processes 
• With guidance, streamline inputs and improve efficiency of reporting and forecasting processes
• With guidance, analyze key commercial P&L drivers for improvement opportunities
• With guidance, assist with network planning analyses

These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role:

• Proficiency in Excel and/or Gsheet
• Degree in finance or mathematics
• Knowledge in excel VBA, Python, SQL 
• Familiarity with financial metricc

The Data Processing Specialist is responsible for instructions of client deliverables, coding and data input validation focusing on specific industry/category or set of categories. To create and deliver client outputs in a correct and timely manner.

• Be the contact for commercial queries, leading the resolution in a client-focused and timely manner in cooperation with Client Liaison and Commercial teams. To be able to identify, investigate and coordinate the resolution of data, process, or product related queries
• Plan and execute a complex daily personal workload and support to meet departmental and company schedules
• Analyze and identify gaps and areas for improvement in coding, data input validation and client instructions environments (CIP - Consumer Information Platform) and drive the convergence of processes and tools
• Providing accurate and timely feedback to respective country teams, driving SOP and use of best-demonstrated practices
• Working across relevant Operations/Enablement teams to ensure delivery to client expectations and satisfaction
• Operate in a virtual/multi-cultural environment, liaising with stakeholders and colleagues
