• Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management

The Senior Finance Manager will lead the shared service team overseeing the purchasing process across Southeast Asia, while also establishing systems and policies for the shared service center. This role involves managing the consolidation of financial data and ensuring adherence to accounting standards, as well as supporting audit activities. You'll thrive as a collaborative team player, working seamlessly within the finance department and across various departments and countries, forming strong connections with local liaisons.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure that intercompany transactions are executed with accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the business to ensure new intercompany charges are allocated correctly to different regions based on agreed-upon rules.
• Prepare and oversee the consolidation of financial statements across all entities, ensuring compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and other pertinent accounting standards.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by consolidating accounts and preparing essential financial reports.
• Reconcile group-level balances and facilitate prompt resolution of any discrepancies.

Minimum Experience Required
