A UAT (User Acceptance Testing) lead is responsible for designing and executing test plans and scripts to verify that software meets the general insurance business and technical requirements, particularly regarding finance functions.

Job Responsibilities:

• UAT tester provides direction to the QA team to design, plan and execute highly complex system testing strategies and tactics to ensure the quality of software at all stages of the system life cycle.

Job Brief:

The role is responsible for keeping a record of the progress of project activities and project deliverables, including a project risk register, and creating standardization of methods used by Project Leads across the organization to ensure progress, adequate change management, and quality outcomes throughout the project cycle. Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology (IT) / Business Studies, / Insurance.
• Knowledge of the general insurance industry is preferable.
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a project coordinator role.

The role

You will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations for MY and contributing to the growth of the MY Accounting and Finance function, and reporting directly to the Assistant Finance Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB

• Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedure.
• Review monthly analysis of Financial Reports against prior year and budget, providing explanations and financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against budgets.

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced accountant to help run the finance function of our South-East Asia region which covers Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Vietnam.

• Manage end-to-end financial accounting for our entities in South-East Asia which includes performing accounting, managing accrual and deferrals, preparing bank reconciliations and related schedules to the balance sheet.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Finance Manager is a trusted business partner to the Country General Manager and has a rich element of interaction with the Event Directors for the provision of financial analytics to aid in sales, marketing, and commercial decisions on the portfolio of events within the geography of its operations.

• Prepare monthly and yearly account closing, make sure all figures are tally with Balance Sheet Notes schedule, IFRS Schedule & Interco Matrix.
• Prepare for monthly Close Call and present the Profit and loss & cash flow movement of the month.
• Prepare monthly Landlord 's Management Report.
• Prepare for monthly cash flow projection.
• Assist and support country manager on monthly, quarterly and yearly EOM slides.
• Review tax submission.
• Assist in preparing yearly budget.
• Check payment prepared by AP team.
• Liaise with external auditor on yearly audit.
• Liaise with external tax agent on yearly tax computation and submission.
• Liaise with company secretary, Commissioner for Oath and banker.
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required.
• Build solid relationships and give financial support across all departments and to vendors.
• Assist management in the preparation of the annual and monthly budgets, forecast, management reports and business plan

• Four years experience in a customer-facing leadership position, ideally within sales and operations.
• Personable with strong verbal and written communication
• Exceptionally organised with the ability to multitask
• Thrives under pressure and solution-oriented
• University Degree is an advantage
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Strong business and commercial acumen
• Prior experience in co-working, real estate, or startup business would be an advantage
• Fluent in English and Mandarin literate
