• There upon, the MFAC algorithm design and synthesis will be carried out to suit for the pick-and-place demand of a humanoid robot. The algorithm provides a significant advantage of controlling the highly nonlinear 7 DOF robotic arm without a-priori information of the system parameters, load characteristics and other uncertainty.

To efficiently and effectively maintain all Konica Minolta products in the field at optimum operational level at all times.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the proper service, maintenance and repair of all Konica Minolta products in the designated areas and such service to be carried out promptly, efficiently and courteously.
• Be ready to assist other area / branch when needs arise.
• Installation of printer/scan/fax drivers, applications/software settings on machines/PCs, resolving issues crop up on solutions/applications sold by Konica Minolta, are part of the job responsibilities.
• Ensure all service jobs are properly recorded in Service Reports with all relevant information as requested and such reports must be submitted to Superior same day of service or latest next morning.
• Ensure all parts required are properly recorded in Spare Parts Requisition Form and to acknowledge receipt of parts taken at all times. Unused parts/ spoilt parts must be returned to Spare Parts Department same day or latest next morning.
• To call the Office upon arriving at customer's site and after completion of service calls or as at when directed to do so.
• To attend all Konica Minolta products' service training and any refresher course as may be considered necessary from time to time and/or as directed, and keep up-to-date all technical service bulletins, manuals, modification kits etc as given/taught from time to time.
• Ensure all Company information – spare parts price list, service manuals, technical service bulletins etc are kept confidential and not fall into unauthorized hands.
• Not to service, maintain or repair any competitor models unless instructed to do so by Superior, and not to reveal/discuss with any outsiders/customers any problems/information relating to Konica Minolta products except in the strict performance of your job functions.
• Perform other related duties as and when directed by Superior.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication),Engineering (Electrical / Electronic),Engineering (Mechanical),Engineering (Industrial)
• Preferably Intern specializing in Maintenance / Repair or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good communication skills in English, Malay language for both spoken and written

• Perform daily plating equipment checklist to ensure all operating at its optimum efficiency.
• Execute & perform daily maintenance work as assigned by supervisor.  
• Escalate to supervisor if there are any abnormalities in equipment in operating parameter.
• Proactive in daily preventive maintenance & corrective maintenance and complete all task as per schedule.
• Record down daily preventive maintenance activities in online Digital PM.
• Ensure to follow best practice safety and quality in daily job activity.
• Spare parts management system.
• Coordinates vendor about new project.
• Internal and external equipment calibration.
• New design and improvement equipment control system.
• On call support

• Perform analysis on integrated package and PCBA assembly, Test defect from production and qualification on semi-finished or finished products.
• Read and understand the test data log.
• Perform analysis using FA tools such as X-ray, oscilloscope,  curve tracer, microscope, CSAM, SEM, EDX, TDR, cross-sectioning, dye and pull and etc.
• Generate FA summary with FA findings.
• Maintain the FA tracking sheet and FA equipment log sheet.
• Assist FA engineer in executing assigned task. 

The ME Technician position play important role in manufacturing X-Ray equipment on product assembly, testing, packing. His is responsible to implement all the requirements and instruction from design team in UK & Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Update JES with changes according to ECN. Conduct training to production on new JES released.
• Perform weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly maintenance on equipment & tester. Record and maintain equipment PM checklist.
• Assist engineer to raise PR for tools/calibration/repairs, follow up with vendor for the delivery of services & parts.
• POC for calibration / repair work by vendor onsite, report to engineer for the progress of completion.
• Assist engineer for the process evaluation work and provide the result to engineer.
• 1st level troubleshooting support to all machine & tester using in production.
• Resolve the Kamishibai finding related with ME by guidance from ME Engineer.
