We are looking for a highly creative and detail-driven Content Creator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate combines exceptional design and copywriting skills with a flair for organization, a deep understanding of American English, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role involves crafting impactful content for organic and paid campaigns, managing brand assets, and supporting the marketing team with key projects and streamlined processes.

Your role will be critical in upholding IM8’s premium brand identity while enabling the wider team to execute flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop captivating content for organic and paid social media (static images, videos, and copy) that drives engagement and aligns with IM8’s brand identity.
• Create high-quality visuals, including infographics, icons, diagrams, and other creative assets, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Produce engaging video content, including scripting, editing, and incorporating voiceovers and background music, while managing usage rights effectively.
• Craft persuasive, error-free copy for social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials, leveraging the nuances of American English.
• Maintain and optimize IM8’s library of brand assets and documents, ensuring accessibility, consistency, and up-to-date materials for the team.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance workflows, automate tasks, generate inspiration, and provide high-quality outputs in content creation and reporting.
• Track and analyze the performance of content and campaigns, providing actionable insights to inform future strategies.
• Assist the marketing team and broader IM8 team with critical projects, campaign rollouts, and administrative tasks that drive team success.
• Implement tools and workflows that enhance efficiency, ensuring deadlines are consistently met in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience: 3+ years in content creation, design, and copywriting, ideally within health, wellness, or consumer brands.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools, content management systems, and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
• Language Expertise: Exceptional command of American English, with the ability to adapt tone and style across platforms.
• Social Media Knowledge: Proven experience in creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and similar platforms, with an understanding of best practices for engagement.
• Attention to Detail: Precision-driven approach to ensure content meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
• Creative Vision: A strong sense of visual design and a knack for generating fresh, impactful ideas.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage brand assets and team documentation effectively.
• Adaptability: Thrives under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities with ease in a fast-paced environment.

• Designing app pages, features, buttons, layouts, etc
• Designing website pages, features, buttons, layouts, etc
• Designing marketing or promotional material
• Converting design files into ones suited for back-end developers
• Helping us design the best user experience for the website and our Mobile Application
• Suggest to improve software/application user experience
• To design marketing tools such as email templates, social media posts, banners, etc.
• To work with the marketing, business or psychology department when necessary
• If needed, designs for social media tools for our website and or mobile application

Job Brief:

The ideal candidate will have a flair for writing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create engaging and informative content across various platforms. This role involves researching, writing, and editing content to support our marketing and communication efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Craft compelling and effective content, including social media posts, website copy, and emails that enhance our brand voice.
• Work closely with the team to brainstorm and develop a variety of marketing materials.
• Translate marketing goals into persuasive campaigns.
• Conduct market research to understand and appeal to our audience.
• Ensure all content is proofread for consistency and accuracy.
• Does extensive research and attends relevant events to bolster industry knowledge.
• Utilize AI tools for process efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably 2-3 years in content creation, marketing copywriting, or related roles.
• Degree or Diploma in Mass Communication, Journalism, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Ability to research and produce creative audience-specific content.
• Team player, proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
• Strong writing skills with attention to grammar, punctuation, and tone
• Proficient in English, Mandarin for bilingual content creation
• Well-versed in current social media trends.
