Support in the management of the contracted maintenance, cleaning, pest control, waste management, security, and landscaping service providers, through their site supervisors to ensure delivery of service according to the Service Level Agreement while effectively managing cost.

• Ensure compliance with the local “Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia” (Energy Commission of Malaysia) safety regulations, codes and standards.

3. Technical Support

• Provide technical support and guidance to the maintenance team on high voltage electrical issues.
• Assist in the planning and execution of electrical projects, upgrades and modifications,

4. Documentations & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections and repairs.
• Prepare and submit reports on electrical systems performance, issues and resolutions.

5. Emergency Response 

• Respond promptly to electrical emergencies and power outages to minimize downtime.

Job Requirement:

This individual will serve as the cornerstone of technical hands-on knowledge for PRISM+ aircon products. They will be responsible for offering technical assistance, guidance, and support to both individual consumers and businesses encountering issues with our technical, hardware, and software systems. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role within PRISM+ Malaysia and will report directly to the Aircon Operations & Technical Manager.

Responsibilities of Aircon / ACMV Technician but are not limited to:

• Installs, inspects, maintains, and repair various types and brand of all types of commercial and residential air conditioners.
• Performs regular preventive maintenance and corrective works on air conditioning systems.
• Diagnoses electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.
• Carries our repair works such as replacement of air con compressors, fan coil motors, etc.
• Recommends appropriate repair and improvement works to customers.
• Perform servicing of air conditioning at customers' residential and commercial premises that includes chemical washes, chemical overhauls, general maintenance services.
• Ensure all works compliance with appliance standards and Health and Safety Act.
• Daily reporting and weekly reporting to direct manager.
• Any other tasks, when required by the immediate supervisor.

• Hands-on experience in installation, maintenance (including chemical washing), troubleshooting and repairing of air conditioners.
• Must be able to handle physical work due to job nature.
• Basic command of English, Malay spoken and written.
• Responsible for providing air conditioning (air conditioning system) services, such as inspection, maintenance, installation, air conditioning failure.
• Provide monthly maintenance and operation services to customers.
• Effective handling of fault/emergency repairs and customer complaints.
• GDL driving license.
• Minimum 1 year experience is required.
• 5.5 days' work week (Monday to Friday 9am to 6:30pm / Saturday 9am to 1pm).
