Job responsibility

• Lead multi-function NPI team including frond end, back end and test engineering groups.
• Overlook the operation of NPI plot lines to support production and development activities of new media technology.
• Align with program team on production build requirements and schedule.
• Work closely with development team for smooth transition and replication of media production design.
• Manage logistic of substrates, sputter targets and other material related to new media production.
• Corporate with factory operation team to ensure the staff and facility support for new media production.

• Conduct partition studies for troubleshooting root cause of high particle / low yield. • Work with Test yield team on Failure Analysis, understanding of various defect mechanisms of HAMR media and their relationship with sputter process / materials etc.
• Optimize sputter machine start-up & operation procedures to ensure process consistency & repeatability. Work with the team on machine start-up time reduction before media characterization activities in order to reduce downtime & improve productivity.
• Work together with Sputter Equipment team on hardware improvement projects for downtime reduction & yield improvements. Ex- sputter magpacks, different type of cathodes, disk holder designs etc.

Join our team as a Mechanical Design Engineer, where you'll play a key role in delivering engineering solutions across mechanical, controls, hydraulic, fire, and fuel services. Your expertise will guide projects from initial feasibility and scoping through design, site inspection, commissioning, and facilities management. You'll also support the lead fire and hydraulic engineer and provide presales support as needed.

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Civil Infrastructure Design Manager to lead our design team within a dynamic consultancy environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the design and management of civil infrastructure projects, particularly in sectors such as Highways, Water, Sewage, Telecoms, and Bridges. Responsibilities:

Design Leadership in Civil Infrastructure:

• Lead the design process for civil infrastructure projects, focusing on Highways, Water, Sewage, Telecoms, and Bridges.

• Develop design strategies and plans that align with project objectives and client needs.

• Guide the design team through complex technical challenges, ensuring innovative and practical solutions.

Multidisciplinary Team Coordination:

• Manage and inspire multidisciplinary design teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
