1. To ensure stores activities are operated smoothly and according to the Standard Operating Procedures.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

Tasked with the care of a portfolio of partner accounts, you will be expected to:
● Meet the expected daily productivity in terms of the number of vendor sales calls to sell assigned products.
● Be sales-minded and resourceful to hit set KPIs.
● Manage vendor objections according to set guideline
● Record calls, sales and other useful information accurately into CRM tool following guidelines
● Active check and respond in the company’s collaboration platform

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE.

● As this is a 100% telesales role, you need to be comfortable in making outbound calls via digital communication tools over extended periods of time.
● Open to fresh graduates. Previous telesales experience is not necessary but is an added advantage (maximum 1.5 years),
● Able to communicate in English effectively, an added advantage for the ability to speak, read & write in Bahasa Malaysia,
Mandarin.
● A strong relationship builder, target-oriented, resilient and a team player with a willingness to learn.
● Fast learner and able to adapt quickly to constant changes in operational processes and requirements.
 

A Sales Advisor is responsible for delivering the best customer experience that contributes to the store’s sales and profit. As a Sales Advisor, you’ll always put customers first, offer assistance, and share your product and fashion knowledge. You’ll create an environment that is easy for customers to shop through store operations and great garment care. You will also share your knowledge and skills with your colleagues, offering help where needed to build a positive working environment.​

Key Responsibilities​

• Provide great customer experience.​
• Fold, hang, display, and merchandise garments to maximize selling opportunities.​
• Actively process, stock and replenish garments on the sales floor and in the stock room.​
• Open, unpack, and label merchandise with security tags.​
• Support customer purchases and returns in the register.​

Reporting to Head of Sales Excellence of Region AA, you will play an important role of providing the analysis on how we can make our distribution in the market becomes more effective and efficient. You will need to come up with a model and framework on how we want to expand our distribution in the region that can support our long-term growth target.

The distribution framework must support our country sales organizations across Asia, Middle East and Africa in engaging with our customers, which based on strategic partnerships, supported by data you developed our performance-based distribution partnerships.

The responsibility of this role will be as below :

• Analyse sales data in the region Asia, Middle East and Africa on channel mix and provide recommendations to optimize our go to market approach for the region.
• Develop overall go to market approach for the region based on the analysis above.
• Define leading measures and KPIs to the approach and framework.
• Monitor the progress of the approach and make necessary actions to make sure the approach is working.
• Work closely with cross function team, include commercial team (sales and marketing) in both the region and countries, legal and compliance team.

What you will do:

• Identify new opportunities and stay updated on market trends to boost brand and product growth as aligned to the company's objectives. 
• Plan, develop, implement, and coordinate marketing and communications strategies, events, and activities.
• Develop campaigns from concept to deployment across all marketing channels, including print, radio, email, digital, SMS, in-person, website and social media.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Business / Marketing / Mass Comm or any related field.
• At least 1 year experience in all aspects of investment-related with strong marketing & business acumen (B2B and/or B2C).
• Proactive, independent, results-oriented and a highly motivated self-starter.
• Value-adding team player and able to work as a team with good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent planning, organization and time management skills with strong follow through abilities.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.

That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to assist and support the Senior Manager, Compliance & Governance and Head of Department, based in Wisma Tune, KL with the following:

Governance Oversight

• Assist to implement and maintain effective governance structures, policies, and processes to ensure organisational compliance with laws and regulations.
• Assist to provide advice and support to senior leadership and departments on governance issues.
• Assist in preparing board papers for governance and compliance, including review documentation of minutes and ensuring timely reporting on governance matters.
• Assist to deal with regulators, law enforcement agencies, external stakeholders, consultants, etc for governance matters. 
• Assist to promote culture of governance and integrity in preparation for IPO listing requirements.

Compliance Management

• Assist to develop, review, and enforce compliance policies and procedures in line with legal requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
• Assist to monitor and report on the company’s adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal controls, including compliance and non-compliance matters.
• Assist to conduct periodic compliance review and assessment to identify areas of improvement and potential compliance risks.
• Assist to collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance training is provided to all relevant personnel.
• Assist in compliance assessment, regulatory compliance research & reporting.

Compliance Risk Management

• Assist to identify, assess, and report on governance and compliance risks, ensuring that corrective actions are taken in a timely manner.
• Assist to conduct compliance gap analysis review and prepare reports.
• Assist to work closely with Group Risk Management and other teams (e.g., Legal, Audit, Finance) to develop compliance risk mitigation strategies, especially for Corruption Risk Assessment. 
• Keep up to date with developments in laws, regulations and governance trends to ensure the company remains compliant with emerging standards regionally. 
• Assist to maintain a compliance repository.

Regulatory Reporting & Liaison

• Ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory filings and other required reports or documents to authorities (where required).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies and external auditors for governance and compliance matters. 
• Respond to inquiries and regulatory investigations, providing necessary documentation and reports.

Training & Awareness

• Assist to develop and implement training programs to ensure that employees are aware of governance and compliance policies and their responsibilities.
• Assist to lead workshops, seminars, or other awareness campaigns related to governance and compliance matters.

Continuous Improvement

• Regularly assess and improve governance and compliance processes to align with industry best practices.
• Analyze the effectiveness of compliance programs and propose improvements where necessary.
