About the role
The FA&P Analyst is responsible for handling day to day operations of FA&P Dept, weekly/monthly/quarterly forecast, monthly closing and variance analysis reporting & submission to global and annual budgeting. The work involves liaison between the commercial team (sales/customer care/marketing), factories and accounting team.

In this position you will manage :

Forecasting & Variance Analysis

·       Lead the monthly forecasting processes

·       Analyse regional business results to identify trends and/or financially significant variances and suggest corrective actions  to improve business profitability and growth.

·        Build and optimize FP&A processes and use financial forecasting and modelling techniques to project performance

About your Experience
You will have at least 5 year’s experience in an FA&P role,  have worked closely with commercial teams and be able to communicate effectively at all levels. A passion for data analysis and tech is a given.

·       Degree in Business, Finance or Finance Professional qualification.

·       HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) experience required.

·       Experience with PowerBI, will be a plus.

·       Deep understanding of a matrix organization and an ability to manage stakeholders from various functions

1.     Responsibilities, duties and authority

·        The Application Engineer is responsible for translating RFI into technical solutions, allowing for technology, time schedules and budgets.

About the role
This a great opportunity for a motivated and experienced Accountant to join our high performing team. The role is responsible for handling day to day operations of the Finance Dept , monthly closing and reporting and assisting the Finance Manager in financial planning , annual audit and tax submission.  Liaison between customers , vendors , auditors, tax agents, bankers and other team members is a key part of the role.

About the role

• To submit GL processing inclusive of checking on the document completeness for ANP Funnel 1 & 2 & other OPEX i.e.: Accrual, reclass, amortization, & reversal
• To assist vendor on the vendor related issue i.e.: Vendor Portal issue, registration issue, documentation issue, & invoice rejection issue
• To ensure A&P & Other OPEX spending updated in Master Tracking in timely manner
• To assist Manager A&P Investment in monitoring compliance & governance for budget spending in M&S.
• Establish and maintain business relation between internal and external to ensure common understanding of A&P budget operation.
• To assist M&S Department on the procurement operation activity & A&P budget management i.e.: PO issue, invoice rejection issue, GRN issue, payment monitoring status, budget status, & budget balances)

Education/Professional Qualification

• Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking/Advertising/Marketing/Business and other relevant discipline.
