What you will do:

• To acquire new dealers (including but not limited to Dealer Financing product) through established partnership nationwide or any other sales channels

We’re searching for a knowledgeable, team-oriented Senior CRA to manage the clinical aspects of full-service global projects in Malaysia. As a Senior Customer Success Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining post-sales relationships with Dynatrace’s largest, most complex, and most valuable customers. Billing Operations

Manage the media billing processes which involves,

• Co-coordinating with media planning teams on billing instructions
• Media plan actualization and reconciliation on monthly basis
• Update spots and remarks on Publicis’s proprietary billing platform based on actualized amount
• Generate proforma invoices for shared service team’s approval
• Resolving billing discrepancies with relevant stakeholders e.g. media vendors, media, finance and shared service teams
• Billing status monitoring and reporting
• Participate in finance WIP billing meetings to make sure Client's invoices get processed and meet billing timelines.

Media Buying (Offline and/or Online)

• The day-to-day media buying for the agency

Dealer Representative (Senior)

• Responsible for overseeing coaching and leading junior dealer representative on daily works.
• Provide accurate and timely trade execution for clients for different investment products, including local and foreign securities, derivatives, funds etc.
• Risk management and monitoring of market activities, clients’ account/margin/trades by adhering to the compliance policies & procedures, as well as the respective regulatory and law’s requirements and best practices.

Requirements
