• Automation testing using Cypress.io to automate the bug testing process
• AI automation testing using the Recombee platform (Suitable for Machine Learning, AI or Data Science majors)
• Research into the best ways to develop/create/establish a system or element of our platform like chatbots, automated responses, etc if needed
• If needed: Using Adobe XD to open prototype designs and analyze the UI/UX
• If needed: Assisting senior developers by coordinating project management activities using Jira

• Collaborate with the software development team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Participate in software testing activities, including writing test cases, executing tests, and identifying defects.
• Perform technical analysis of software systems, including code review, performance analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Assist in the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline testing processes.
• Work on automation projects to improve efficiency and reliability in software development and testing.
• Document findings, analyze results, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

• To come up with fully-thought out marketing/ advertising ideas that can be implemented from start to finish 
• To analyze and report on target audience insights, consumer trends, market analysis and marketing best practices to help build the best strategies possible
• Discussing and consolidating the data and findings you have to back up your marketing ideas with the managing director or business executive.
• Ensuring that the marketing plans and strategies appeal to the target audience members
• To design or create marketing materials such as videos, articles, banners, posters, emails and etc
• Developing creative briefs that detail how we meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications including print, social media, digital marketing, video assets and etc. 
• Researching and documenting the best ways to gather customer and market insights to determine what outreach strategies are needed to increase customer conversions if the Ad idea has been launched 
• Documenting how we track the impact and effectiveness of the current marketing plans put in place, analyzing them as well as finding ways to improve or optimize them accordingly
• Administrative work if needed: Collecting and checking the accuracy of data in Excel or Google Sheets

• Administrative work on Ms Excel files or research work on MS Word
• Conducting research that is pertinent to understanding either the users of our platform or job applicants
• Planning and as well as designing tools that would be used to help our users understand themselves like with personality tests or processes that would help facilitate the users’ ability to find, enrol or to apply opportunities more easily (Like for learning and job opportunities)
• Working with graphics designers or coming up with your own website or mobile app page concept things such as psychology tests, career tests on Adobe XD

• Assist in software system (software), system architectural design (hardware) and physical and logical database design (database).
• Assist senior in coding technical solutions and debugging existing and new modules.
• Code effectively and take into consideration reusability of codes using object-oriented programming.
• Evaluate the system’s actual functionality in relation to expected or intended functionality.
• Benchmark code’s performance based on CPU utilization, network utilization, IO utilization, etc and make changes to code.
• Participate in research and development of new technologies, concepts and products.
• Identify the system’s deficiencies and recommend solutions to address the issues.
• Actively propose new ideas, features and functionalities of existing system.
• Understand and explore features and functionalities in competitors’ website and propose new ideas system.
• Understand technical and functional design requirements based on business flows and processes.
  

The Person:

• Possesses at least 2 years of professional experience in (PHP) web development.
• Strong Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML5, JavaScript, Bootstrap and CSS3.
• Experience in developing web applications with Laravel/Lumen framework.
• Knowledge of ReactJS, Elasticsearch, NodeJS & AWS will be an added advantage.
• Experience in developing E-commerce related websites will be an added advantage.
• Possesses strong technical and analytical knowledge in web development.
• Possesses good command of English, a positive work attitude and the ability to work collaboratively across all levels.
• Able to work well under pressure and accepts criticism positively.
• Pleasant disposition, and possesses a good interpersonal skill.
