 The Senior Actuarial Manager will serve as the Actuarial Reporting Lead for the organisation (including its related groups of companies), primarily responsible for overseeing and managing the actuarial valuation, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance activities. The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for managing all inbound and outbound customer interactions across multiple channels, including phone, chat, email, and social media.
