• Leading TSSD (Technical & Soft Skill Development) training team in planning, supporting & executing site wide trainings & development programs internally & externally.
• Ensuring the TSSD team aligns to the vision & mission of the top leadership regarding upskilling, re-skilling & workforce transformation.  
• Spearheading the L&D Center of Excellence (CoE) formation & drive as a Champion. 
• Driving the team to work closely with stakeholders in requirement gathering, designing, aligning & designing the L&D Center of Excellence (CoE) programs’ frameworks prior to launch.
• Driving the team in coordination of yearly Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for Engineers, Technicians & Office Executives (target groups).
• Design training materials and training courses delivery with the Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Design and plan talent development programs to meet the talent needs (eg: Post Graduate Program, TVET etc.
• Leading the coordination & promotion of Post Graduate Program (with local universities) & Micro Degree Program (with training center) for employee’s growth & career advancement.
• Building a culture of continuous learning & knowledge sharing (including knowledge retention within the organization).

1. Create training schedules for all company departments, track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the company.
2. Handle support & logistics for training activities including training materials, venues and equipment
3. Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness
4. Organize, develop or source training programs to meet specific training needs
5. Develop training aids such as manuals, FAQ’s and handbooks
6. Monitor adherence to the established training programs to ensure standard work in the training programs.
7. Document feedback and audit results to help the training department identify strengths as well as area of improvement.
8. Administrative support for IMS documentation and audits.
9. Follow up on training programs post training assignment and coordination of presentation if needed.
10. To connect with stakeholders on training required and working with the Technical Skill Development team members in realizing the request

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Conduct classroom training for New Hire operators.
• Plan, develop, and deliver technical training sessions to Direct Labor employees.
• Develop criteria to evaluate the effectiveness of training activities.
• Develop training materials.
• Document training events.
• Compile and publish training metrics.
• Identify potential quality problems, compliance gaps, and possible process efficiency improvements to production management.
• Provide feedback and corrective action from the daily defect review.
• Train and certify Direct Labor on general training and production process
• Participate in SGA / Kaizen activities.
• Conduct MSA to inspection and QA operators.
