Reporting into the Procurement Executive, this incumbent will assist the Executive in the coordination and documentation of procurement-related activities.

• Coordinate with requestors to ensure the right materials, specifications, quantities and timelines for delivery are well stated in the request
• Prepare, verify, abstract, control and close out procurement documents, files, reports, or records
• Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders using automated or manual files and through contacts with vendors, inventory managers and engineers
• Review reports and research errors or conflicting information in procurement documentation
• Escalate to supervisor all emerging risks of administrative issues and push for resolutions

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Studies or supply chain related discipline

Job Description:

• Responsible for desktop, laptop, printer & scanner configurations
• Handles the installation & troubleshooting of Antivirus, MS office, outlook clients and other software; audio/ video conference device setup

Job Description:

• To manage and be responsible for site Automation system including ABB 800xa system and control builder programming and Schneider quantum proworx 32 programming, Industrial network design and maintenance, VMware and server/ workstation and Fix32 database and graphics design/MES/ DCS/SCADA/PLC as well as label applicator and ABB Robotic palletizer machine.
• Carry out automation and control implementation activities for plant modifications, capital projects and other identified plant improvement projects in line with defined specifications, budget and qualification of facilities in accordance with site to approved procedures.
• Provides specialist advice to other sections and subordinates for trouble shooting / continuous improvements to processes / systems.
• Provide input to the project team of capital projects as well as develop and implement the maintenance plan for newly installed equipment.
• Monitor and enforce compliance measures (including safety) within their specific discipline to ensure inspection readiness of plant, as well as participate as an audit team member in the conduct of audits.
• Contribute to the development of the annual operating budget of the section to ensure achievement operational targets of section.
• Responsible for planning and implementing plant automation maintenance, managing of engineering resources during maintenance plan schedule and prompt resolution of breakdowns, including engaging external assistance.
• To support the development of facility master plan to ensure compliance to engineering standards, management of obsolescence and asset replacement.
• To support customer complaints and deviation investigations and ensure that all relevant engineering corrective actions are completed within the agreed timeline.

Job Requirements

• Good honors degree in the relevant engineering discipline.

Job Description:

Position Summary:

To proactively maintain and repair all process equipment. To maintain and improve efficiently of process equipment with minimum downtime. Keep all equipment in the best operating condition and minimizing equipment breakdown.

Position Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair the defined plant equipment to maximize plant availability and minimize disruption to the production process.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safely and good housekeeping is maintained.
• Carry out implementation activities for minor plant modifications and capital projects, in line with defined specifications and budget.

Production Engineer is responsible for developing a passionate, motivate and flexible production specialist team by building working relationships ensuring that 5S, Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to while manage the team on best practice and establish standard policies and procedures whilst also mentoring and leading teams. Implement and manage continuous improvement framework by defining, designs, and implements process improvement as part of the Olam Operational Excellence 2.0X program requirement focusing in modern manufacturing principals by highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in training, working practices and processes.
