銷售量：

• 負責規劃、實施和執行國家的銷售活動，以實現年度銷售目標（實現國家年度銷售預算）
• 根據團隊/國家目標，激勵並領導銷售團隊達到或超過指定的銷售預算/KPI
• 此職位主要負責美學市場領域專家的團隊管理
• 開發並維持高水準的美容產品臨床和產品知識
• 培養並領導 KOL/培訓師作為演講者和注射者，以推動注射者的品牌採用和參與
• 確保準確的銷售預測
• 確定目標客戶，與醫療保健專業人員建立關係網絡，並確定並與關鍵意見領袖 (KOL) 保持牢固的聯繫

行銷:

• 與行銷團隊合作並領導銷售團隊實施促銷活動並確保其符合國家/地區合規性和 MDA 合規性
• 制定/領導年度品牌計劃，幫助實現年度銷售目標和市場份額，並推動品牌的產品和商業創新
• 領導新產品發布的銷售團隊，包括：產品定位和差異化、定價、上市和通路管理、溝通計劃

臨床：

• 負責為銷售團隊提供必要的技術專業知識，使他們能夠銷售產品。
• 負責審查產品數據，以確保現場人員隨時了解有關公司或競爭對手產品的最新進展
• 保持定期的現場聯繫，跟進促銷工作、競爭對手的活動，確保銷售工具和促銷材料滿足銷售人員和診所的需求，並深入了解當地的臨床需求，以便制定適當和有效的產品支持他們的臨床和業務需求的策略

主要要求

• 您擁有銷售、行銷、工商管理或相關領域的文憑/學位
• 您擁有良好的成功記錄，並且之前擔任過類似職位的經驗
• 您是一位親力親為的領導者，也是一位強而有力的教練和導師，在建立和領導高績效銷售團隊方面擁有良好的記錄
• 您擁有優秀的溝通和人際交往能力
• 您擁有良好的分析能力並且是出色的問題解決者
• 您是一位強大的團隊合作者，可以在組織的各個層面建立良好的關係
