As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

• Assist the Customer Success Manager with managing the entire range of day-to-day operations of the business and team.

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Dynamics 365 CRM Implementation initiatives. The Office Automation and Technical Support Manager is responsible for overseeing office technology systems, managing IT support, and leading the entire lifecycle of all workstation equipment e.g. laptops and devices.  This will cover all staff in all Malaysian offices (Titiwangsa, Menara KH, Cyberjaya, Penang) 

This position is ideal for a tech-savvy leader who excels at implementing automation tools, managing device procurement and distribution, delivering excellent user support across the organization, and providing strategic leadership in technology deployment to enhance productivity. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Office Automation Management: 

• Oversee the selection, deployment, and management of office automation tools (e.g., M365, Microsoft Dynamics, JIRA). 
• Work closely with department heads to assess needs and identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline office workflows. 
• Manage vendor relationships and liaise with external service providers to ensure timely upgrades, support, and integration of systems. 

2. Internal Technical Support: 

• Lead the internal technical support team to provide high-quality, timely support for staff on hardware, software, and network-related issues. 
• Implement and maintain helpdesk systems to track, prioritize, and resolve employee IT issues efficiently.

• Ensure all office technology, including printers, computers, phones, and networking equipment, is functioning optimally.

5. Training and Development: 

• Lead, develop and mentor the IT admin and technical support team
