What we’re looking for:
We are looking for individuals who bring enthusiasm, a learning mindset, and a proactive approach to our operational site in Kuala Lumpur. You will perform a key role in delivering exceptional client support and ensuring seamless performance of the Proxymity platform.
As a key contributor to the launch phase of Proxymity, you will have the opportunity to support a variety of pivotal activities and expand the remit of your role as the needs of the business develop.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing vote execution to market from the Proxymity platform
- Sourcing and creating new meetings on the platform
- Identifying operational and implementation process improvement opportunities
- Creating and maintaining all operational procedures according to company policy
- Identifying and submitting potential Proxymity platform improvements, including those raised by clients
- Collaborating with the team and acting as the first point of contact for operational issues, ensuring prompt escalation to local management in the event of material impact to clients
- Demonstrating the Proxymity platform to new and existing users as and when required
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to positively represent the company to clients and other market participants
- Comfortable working independently while proactively seeking guidance and support when needed
- Team orientated - proven ability to build positive relationships, and proactively overcome the challenges of working with remote team members
- Strong organisational skills, with support available to help effectively prioritise your workload
- Experience in working in a fast-paced service delivery environment
