• Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Diploma in Engineering, Science, or a related field.

• Must have your own transportation.

As our Finance Administrator you’ll be responsible for administrative support for business operations (Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable), supporting tasks of invoice run, bank account reconciliations, and ad hoc tasks as required.

• Providing support with daily bank reconciliation of all bank accounts
• Providing administrative support to the Business Operations Team (e.g. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable) including, but not limited to:

1. Uploading customer invoices to customer portals for payment
2. Processing supplier invoice
3.  Ad-hoc data entry
4. Supporting the Accounts Receivable Team Lead with monthly bill run
