The Resident Engineer shall perform various functions to ensure the successful completion and quality of construction projects. Typical duties and responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

• Review project documents, including work programmes, method statements, material submissions, inspection checklists, test plans, shop drawings, survey data, material approvals, temporary works design, as-built drawings, and Testing and Commissioning Procedures.

1. Responsible for the day-to day operations within the property maintenance department ensuring plant and equipment operate with the least amount of down time.

13. Ensure proper measures are taken to protect the environment and the Hotel’s adherence to it.

14. Monitor energy and water management systems to minimize wastage and costs using daily / weekly utility readings as a reference point.

We are looking for a Head of Product to take our products and services to the next level. You will be working closely with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Client Success and Business Development to create products, features and services that will have real impact in advancing digital mental health in Asia.

Responsibilities:

The Head of Product will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap. This role requires a visionary leader who can align cross-functional teams, manage product lifecycles, and ensure our offerings meet market demands and customer needs. This is an end-to-end role where you will define the product roadmap and oversee our full suite of Products: ThoughtFullChat, ThoughtFull Pro, ThoughtFull Insights and internal tools. • Work closely with the Marcom team to develop a Commercial Messaging package including Collaterals, Selling Tools, Product Services Guide, Standardized Product Data Sheets and Launch Pack for local products & ensure alignment with regional guidelines.
• Develop new suppliers or new products with existing suppliers to ensure products are introduced to the market of greatest value.
• Provide training, consultation and support to customers, sales and quality consultants in product technology.
• Summarize and conclude the product introduction plan and manage constructive conclusions with the team.
• Gain preliminary understanding of regulatory/compliance requirements related to product and market applications.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field Overall 5+ years of experience with minimum 2 years in a Product Management role, preferably in E-Commerce (Prior experience in Software Engineering is a must)

• Previously managed high traffic E-Commerce sites (500k+ visitors per day)
