Job Responsibilities :

1. Premises & Facilities Management

• Managing the buildingfacilities and office/building equipment including of lifts, swimmingpool, plumbing, air- conditioners, mechanical and electrical, security, pest, landscaping, cleaning and all works related to RMM.

工作職責：

About the company

Our client is an in-house corporate secretarial consulting team providing full spectrum of secretarial services to several listed companies within the group and subsidiaries. Due to expansion and restructuring in recent time to further expand the Company Secretarial and Corporate governance team, they need to build a strong company secretarial team to ensure company compliance and champion corporate governance matters. With the business undergoing rapid expansion, they are currently seeking a professional ICSA graduate to assume the role of Assistant Company Secretary based at their corporate head office at Mid Valley City in Kuala Lumpur.

Roles & Responsibilities

o Head and manage general operations and functioning of the Corporate Secretarial matters in compliance with Companies Act 2016, Main Market and ACE.

o Advice the management and the board on matters pertaining to statutory compliance and requirements as prescribed under the various statues, in particular the Companies Act 1965 and listing requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities.

o Responsible for the company resolutions,coordinate/attend board,shareholder and board committee/managements.    

o Convene and lead in the conduct of all board and shareholders meetings and draft resolutions.

o Responsible for the preparation of announcements to Bursa Malaysia, circulars to shareholders and other requisite documentation relating to corporate exercise.

o Manage market listing requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance and other statutory requirements.

o Sound technical knowledge and well versed with statutory requirements.

o Experience in undertaking corporate exercises such as rights issue, ESOS, share buy back, etc.

Roles & Responsibilities

This is a permanent position reporting to Group HR & Administration Manager within the Group.

As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions,which include recruitment & selection, salary & payroll administration, training & development, employee relations, compensation & benefits and other HR support services.

This role encompasses all employee levels of the business and include the following:

·To direct and manage all aspects of employment, Industrial Relations, Employee health, services benefits & welfare, wages and salary administration.

·Develop HR policy and direct/coordinate HR activities within hotel.

·Manage recruitment process, internal development and succession planning.

·Manage all aspects of Performance Management.

·Develop and maintain HR system where records can be retrieved.

·Keep records of benefits plans participation such as insurance, personnel transactions.

·Administer benefits programs such as life, health, dental insurance plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence.

·Responsible to prepare budget of HR operations.  

The candidate

· Malaysians with tertiary education qualification in HR disciplines or Business Administration.

·Strong Human Resources generalist and leadership experience ideally from hospitality/hotel industry.

·Well versed in Malaysian labor law,IR Act and statutory requirements.

·Manage in-depth Industrial Relations issues.

·Good command of spoken and written English plus conversant in BM and Chinese/Mandarin.

·High level of computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office application skills.

·Be willing to be based at Klang area.

About the Role
We are seeking an organized and proactive Assistant Manager, Human Resources to support our HR department in various functions while working closely with the HR Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and other HR operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the company’s workforce. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of HR processes.

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding for new hires.
• Support employee relations activities by addressing employee concerns, assisting with conflict resolution, and maintaining positive work culture.
• Manage and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Assist in the administration of performance management systems, including evaluations, feedback sessions, and development plans.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives to ensure continuous employee growth. Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Leads the Data Governance team, focusing on data accuracy, security, and compliance.

• Develop and implement data governance policies.
• Ensure compliance with data-related regulatory requirements.

Payroll Management

• Manage the end to end payroll process ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely distribution
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws, labour regulations and company policies
• Stay current on regulatory changes affecting payroll and take necessary actions to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with tax advisors and auditors to ensure timely filing of payroll tax returns, and manage audits related to payroll tax filings.
• Prepare and distribute internal and external payroll reports.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and filings for reporting and audit purposes.

Compensation Strategy Development:

• Design and implement compensation strategies to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
• Develop and manage pay-for-performance programs, including bonuses, incentives, and equity-based compensation.

Job Evaluation & Salary Structure:

• Analyze job roles and responsibilities to establish proper job classifications and salary levels.
• Create and maintain salary grids to ensure consistency and equity across the organization.

Benefits Administration:

• Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, life insurance, paid time off (PTO), and wellness programs.
• Partner with vendors to evaluate, select, and manage employee benefit plans.

Compliance and Legal Adherence:

• Prepare reports for audits and work with external auditors to ensure compliance.

Employee Communication:

• Develop and deliver clear communication strategies regarding compensation and benefits programs to employees.
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding salary, benefits, and compensation-related inquiries.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Collect and analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions on compensation and benefits policies.
• Prepare reports and presentations on compensation and benefits metrics for manager.

Performance Management Support:

• Partner with HR leadership and managers to support performance appraisal processes, ensuring alignment with compensation strategy.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Expatriate Management:

• Oversea the expatriate assigned to Sika Malaysia ensuring their payroll management and Employment / Dependent pass application are managed on a timely manner.

Others:

• Undertake project work as necessary to improve HR Compensation and Benefits services; and
• Undertake other ad hoc duties as reasonably requested.

Security:

• Maintain Sika information with appropriate secrecy and adhere to policies regarding confidential information
• Maintain confidentiality of formulation at all times.

A DAY IN A LIFE

The Assistant Manager, Cargo GSA is responsible for overseeing all cargo sales and operational activities for all Teleport GSA countries. This role involves executing transparent tenders, effective contract management, driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategy while ensuring operational excellence, and aligning with Teleport strategic vision. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and Teleport objectives.
• End to end GSA contract management - from transparent tender process and close monitoring of Guaranteed revenue performance and recommend adjustments to pricing or sales strategies as needed.
• Develop strategies to increase cargo volumes and improve load factors on key routes.
• Identify opportunities to expand the cargo product portfolio, including specialized services like e-commerce, pharma logistics, and perishables.
• Ensure seamless cargo handling operations in compliance with Teleport standards.
• Address operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Monitor revenue and expense performance against targets, ensuring profitability.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate billing and reconciliation.

REQUIREMENTS

These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in air cargo sales and operations, with at least 4 – 5 years experience
• Strong knowledge of air freight markets, pricing strategies, and cargo handling procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in using cargo management systems and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• Liaise with Project Team Members about project matters such as commits and invoicing.
• Partner with Corporate Service (CS) operation and procurement team in supporting the sustaining construction projects to ensure adherence to standardized business policies. 
• Assist in pre-construction & post-construction finance activities such as cost reporting, claim review & validation, budget validation and data retrieval from finance tool (SAP, CPM), package preparation based on inputs received from various parties including but not limited to ops partners, cost consultants, cost estimators, procurement, accounting etc.

• Assist in monthly claim validation and reporting & ensure timeliness and accuracy in PO issuance.

• Assist in project management including but not limited to change management activities based on budget available and inputs on validity from cost estimator/cost consultants, inputs on monthly reporting, cash flow implications based on updated developments and related adhoc analysis.
