  • To monitor the stock levels in store is adequate to avoid any insufficient of materials or overstock in store
  • To ensure the delivery date of materials required for production usage is before the delivery date of finished goods/shipment

• Responsibilities:
  • Overall responsibility for safety and health at the construction site.
  • Establish, review, and implement Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and procedures for the company.
  • Effectively communicate policies and procedures to all employees in order to enhance their awareness towards EHS
  • Liaise with local authorities and government agencies on statutory / legislature compliance matters related to health, safety and environment.
  • Act as the main controller for Materials Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).

  • Investigate & review all accidents and health related incidents, and initiating countermeasures to prevent similar reoccurrence.

• Requirements:
  • Registered as Qualified Safety & Health Officer with DOSH (Department of Occupation Safety & Health, Malaysia) with a valid Green Book

• To come up with fully-thought out marketing/ advertising ideas that can be implemented from start to finish 
• To analyze and report on target audience insights, consumer trends, market analysis and marketing best practices to help build the best strategies possible
• Discussing and consolidating the data and findings you have to back up your marketing ideas with the managing director or business executive.
• Ensuring that the marketing plans and strategies appeal to the target audience members
• To design or create marketing materials such as videos, articles, banners, posters, emails and etc
• Developing creative briefs that detail how we meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications including print, social media, digital marketing, video assets and etc. 
• Researching and documenting the best ways to gather customer and market insights to determine what outreach strategies are needed to increase customer conversions if the Ad idea has been launched 
• Documenting how we track the impact and effectiveness of the current marketing plans put in place, analyzing them as well as finding ways to improve or optimize them accordingly
• Administrative work if needed: Collecting and checking the accuracy of data in Excel or Google Sheets

Primary Tasks 

• Data collection as well as the merging of datasets from various excel files or Google Sheets
• Ensuring the integrity of the data/information in MS Excel files by making sure there are no errors or mistakes in them

Other tasks for applicants who like more complex work:

• Conducting business research on selected topics of interests which can be related to any other field like economics, finance, marketing, social media, human resource, psychology, law and etc. depending on your major or specialization
• Analysing the data for your research and determining how the findings can affect any aspects of our operations (Ex. Marketing, Sales, Human Resource Management, etc)
• Helping us come up with design concepts or prototype designs for our website and mobile App using Adobe XD OR marketing or social media posts and banners with tools like Canva if you like to be creative
• Working with employees from other departments such as Finance, Graphics design, IT, Psychology, etc to work on specific tasks if needed
• Clearly and openly, communicating problems and solutions via Skype with the Managing Director

Position Overview:

As a Customer Experience Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will play a critical role in ensuring their satisfaction by providing prompt, courteous, and effective support. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to resolve inquiries and issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Own customer communications from initial contact until resolution, escalating issues to relevant departments as necessary.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Provide timely and professional assistance to customers via live chats.
• Be the owner of the customer feedback loop to internal functions to help create better products and help improve customer experience.
• Deliver an amazing experience to every customer by going above and beyond their inquiries, feedback, and needs.
• Proactively provide constant feedback to the team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to create impact for our customers.
• Work together as a team to achieve timely turnaround time and quality replies to every customer.
• Stay up to date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.

• 2-3 years of working experience as customer service is a plus point.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field

• Responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, ensuring that the organization successfully attract and integrate top talents successfully into the organization with focus on candidate and employee experience.
• Working closely with Talent Acquisition team from all Bosch Malaysia locations by analyzing company’s hiring needs, sourcing platform and recruitment strategy to ensure a healthy talent pipeline is available in meeting hiring needs.
• Oversee the governance and Key Performance Indicators of talent acquisition processes and evaluate recruiter performance, ensuring adherence to company standards, process quality and best practice implementations.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive onboarding and integration programs that align with the company's values and culture, serving as a point of contact for new hires during their early integration journey in Bosch.
• Responsible on the implementation of employer branding and communication strategies which include content creations, managing social media, fulfilment of employer branding roadmap for Bosch Malaysia
