Day-to-day, your role includes:
 

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.

Your responsibilities as Stock Merchandising Executive will include but not limited to:

• Manage and monitor stock movement in warehouse and stores ie. Sell through, stock par level, stock aging, capacity, and replenishment.
• Initiate stock transfer and consolidation as according to sell through data and the age of products in stock, etc.
• Analyse sales trends for various shops
• Prepare and update stock reports.
• Collaborating with buyers and pricing team and sales team (retail and/or e-commerce) to create compelling product displays, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure that the merchandising strategy aligns with the overall business strategy.
• Any other assignment as requested by Management from time to time.

Human Resources Executive (Senior)

Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, ensuring a balanced approach between business objectives and employee engagement.
• Collaborate closely with business and site leadership to enhance team capabilities, boost morale, and maximize organizational effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, regional/global regulations, and local employment laws.
• Provide guidance on various HR activities including performance evaluations, rewards, talent acquisition, and learning and development.
• Offer input on workforce planning and resource management.
• Facilitate training sessions on key HR areas and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Lead local implementation of global HR projects, tailoring solutions to meet specific needs.
• Handle employee relations cases, conducting thorough investigations and facilitating resolutions in partnership with management.
• Stay updated on enterprise-wide People priorities and external trends in commercial and HR sectors relevant to the company's People Strategy.
• Demonstrate passion for both business success and employee well-being, driving personal development to excel in the role.
• Participate and/or co-lead with HRBP community in the delivery of designated Reward and Recognition projects such as salary benchmarking, advising managers on salary levels, management of salary review processes, bonus awards, and incentives.
• Support Learning and Development (L&D) activities where appropriate, participation in Talent Review processes, and more.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks and fulfill requests from superiors as needed to support the smooth operation of the team or department.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in a Human Resources related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR generalist experience
• Experienced in various HR functions, including HR policy application and advisory, Talent acquisition, Workforce planning, Talent management, Employee engagement, Employee relations, Training & Rewards, and compensation.
• Proficient in building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to adapt communication styles effectively.
• Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and its practical application in daily HR operations.
• Demonstrated ability to excel in complex multinational business environments.
• Highly organized and focused on applying HR policies, procedures, and standards consistently.
• Possesses strong commercial acumen with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in effectively managing critical employee relations situations.
• Language proficiency in English, Chinese and Malay is a must.

Job Purpose

To ensure the accurate and timely management of all AP related transactions such that all accounting entries can be taken up properly in the accounts of the Company. 

To supervise and coach a team of AP subordinates to ensure the subordinates complete the task accurately and timely.

To maintain an effective communication between internal and external parties.

Job Accountabilities
 

• Monitor and ensure all approved suppliers invoices are paid within credit term so as to maintain good relationship with suppliers.
• Monitor and ensure all approved statutory payments are paid within the statutory deadline to avoid any unnecessary penalty.
• Monitor and ensure Staff Claims are paid timely and accurately so as all staff have been reimbursed on time.
• Review creditor reconciliations for all suppliers to ensure all transactions have been properly taken up and to detect error.
• Review Bank Reconciliation to ensure all transactions have been properly taken up and to detect error.
• Review and ensure all Banking Matters have been followed up promptly to ensure efficient cash flows position is maintained. e.g. fund transfer, bank draft, TT, LC, etc.
• Verify and ensure all transactions in AP have been approved and taken into accounts timely and accurately for closing purpose.

a) Update Document Checklist to ensure all documents have been submitted at least on weekly basis;                       

b) Follow up documents required with Branches, Depots, Plant, Farms, etc to ensure all documents reach HQ before closing.

• Monitoring Cash Flow by compiling daily Cash Book from both AP sections and e-mail to Treasury for repo placement.
• Maintain an effective communication between internal(AP & AR) and external parties to maintain smooth operation of business
• Prepare Data & Trend Analysis for management to make decision (CN & DN analysis, review AP aging , expenses analysis, etc.)
• Ensure Debit/Credit Note has been issued timely and accurately to inter-companies.
