As a Junior Associate, you will: 

• Be able to work early hours (starting from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm) to meet market deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all trades.
• Resolve trade related disputes and breaks with Prime Brokers, Custodians, Executing brokers, and Investment Managers.
• Proactively Identify and resolve breaks by preparing a detailed report for the client.

About the role

Ksisters is hiring a versatile and experienced Key Account & Operations Manager to manage retail relationships and operational excellence for Watsons and Guardian in Malaysia. 1. Key Account Management:
• Act as the main point of contact for Watsons and Guardian, building strong relationships with retail partners.
