Role Overview 

As a Narrative Designer Intern, you will work closely with the Narrative Design team to help bring our world, story, and characters to life. You’ll gain hands-on experience in writing, dialogue design, quest design, and the broader narrative development process. This internship will give you the opportunity to grow your skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while contributing to the creation of impactful, player-driven narratives.

What You Can Expect To Work On

• Collaborate on Story Development: Work with narrative designers to brainstorm and develop story ideas, plotlines, and character arcs.
• Write Dialogue and Content: Assist in writing character dialogue, narrative text, and in-game events to enhance the player experience.
• Quest Design Support: Design and document quest structure and objectives that drive the game's narrative.
• Worldbuilding: Assist in the creation of lore, setting details, and backstory to deepen the game world’s immersion.
• Playtesting and Feedback: Participate in playtesting sessions and provide feedback on the narrative elements, identifying opportunities for improvements.
• Research and Inspiration: Conduct research on storytelling techniques, games, books, films, and other media to inspire the narrative design process.

What will you do:

• To assist on executing tasks assigned within turn around time;

We are seeking a dynamic, proactive and motivated Intern to join our People Advisory & Operations team! This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR matters in a regional setup while contributing to key projects and initiatives. You will work closely with professionals in the field, learning practical skills, and gaining exposure to real-world challenges and solutions.

What you will do:

• Support day-to-day HR operations, such as updating employee records, managing HR databases, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including first day induction and offboarding formalities.
• Help in organizing employee engagement activities and events to enhance company culture, e.g. company offsite, team events, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and townhalls, and proactively collect feedback to enhance employee satisfaction and morale.

• Conduct business requirement gathering to assist HR Business Partners to develop a comprehensive and effective job design, organisation structure and job description.
• Coordinate and manage organisational development programmes (e.g. trainings, corporate social responsibility, townhalls, employee engagement, etc.) for the group to ensure seamless coordination from pre-event until post event.
• Monitor and manage the development of the talent pool that are part of the Employee Development Programme.
• Manage and effectively coordination with learning institutions on partnership programmes for internships and business scholar programme.
• Collaborate amongst the HR community and stakeholders in the group of companies in driving HR projects and organisational initiatives.

Job Description:-

1. Assist in verifying all supplier invoices or others have been approved, processed and taken into accounts timely and accurately for closing purpose.

2. Assist to process payment to all approved supplier invoices within the credit term and in accordance with approved procedures.

3. Perform creditor reconciliations for suppliers to ensure all transactions have been properly taken up and to detect error.

4. Ensure filing is done timely and properly for easy retrieval of information.

5. Assist in administrative activities and/or undertake special assignment to learn more about accounting and office operations.

6. Perform any other task and assignments as directed by the Management from time to time.

Rewards & HR Operation

• Gather, record, and provide periodic reporting and analysis of attendance tracking of employees, including all leaves types, and absenteeism.
• Responsible to respond to staff inquiries regarding HR-related matters.
• Responsible for creating & update employee profiles, data, and all other records in HR Avenue (HR System) as when required.
• Work as a team on all HR engagement activities.
• Prepare all types of HR letters & Forms as requested (e.g. offer letter, acceptance of resignation, employee verification, BAU, checklist, etc.)
• Handle personal files, from scanning and uploading to the filing.
• To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the immediate manager from time to time.
