Primary Responsibilities
Candidate is familiar performing within a fixed price, performance-based environment where performance is based on pre-determined Service Level Agreement’s (SLA’s) or Acceptable Quality Levels (AQL’s). Performs detailed and technically in-depth site survey functions at user locations as required in order to assess/analyze site preparedness, develop build of materials and develop implementation plans. Installs and maintains network devices from the following major vendors to include but not limited to: Cisco, Juniper, Ciena, and Infinera. Reviews and prepares documentation for systems and maintains site documentation to include inventories, floor plans and cable diagrams. Investigates and recommends methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Performs preventive maintenance per OEM recommendations. In this high paced environment, able to handle the scheduling and coordination for multiple simultaneous projects with varying schedules and priorities. Coordinates with users, site/base support and or facilities personnel, network manager(s) and controllers, long haul and local carriers for installation, cutover, activation, deactivation planning and execution. Performs installation/de-installation/upgrade/interface actions associated with network components at user locations. Provides functional guidance, supervision, technical support, and training to Associate and Intermediate personnel. Supports senior staff as required and ensures customer requirements and project milestones are met.

The Customer Service Project Manager is proficient in modernization estimating and product knowledge. This role provides technical support to the Front-Line team to develop, sell and successfully implement KONE products and service solutions that meet customer’s needs. RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer relationship management
Supports the Front Line by analyzing customers’ technical needs and develops proposals outlining how KONE’s products and services can provide clear solutions to meet these needs.

Technical consultancy to Front Lines and customers. Available to participate in planning / specification meetings with contractors, architects, and owners etc. where necessary.

Technical Sales Support in the Customer process
Provides technical and costing support for the tendering process.
Coordinates specifications and delivery times with the Supply Line, and Sourcing.
Accountable for solution engineering.
Ensures that the proposed solution fulfils the codes, regulations, and safety requirements.
Understanding costs and have a financial understanding of each project worked on.

The ideal candidate possesses a diverse background in engineering, business, and technical fields, coupled with a broad business perspective. They would be able to demonstrate an excellent grasp of the KONE business estimating systems, product applications, and order engineering processes, complemented by business, sales, and product application experience. Their skill set includes strong analytical capabilities, innovative thinking, and visionary insight. They exhibit technical proficiency, particularly in MS Office, Excel, Word, and SAP. With experience in the elevator industry, they can effectively survey and assess existing equipment. Communication skills, both written and verbal, are a strength, alongside a keen customer focus and attention to detail. Their expertise extends to a comprehensive understanding of KONE elevator products and processes, coupled with solid leadership abilities. They possess knowledge of KONE solution-related norms and standards, as well as familiarity with KONE's current solutions and basic understanding of competitors' technical offerings. For VB specific roles, they are adept at site surveys and familiar with existing building modernization/installation methods, as well as supply engineering and KONE quality management. Virtual collaboration skills and an understanding of KONE supply operations round out their qualifications.
HIRING REQUIREMENTS
Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering or another relevant field, or several years’ experience in elevator business field operations.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in elevator business field operations, Branch, Project management or selling.
KTOC tendering expert a plus, but not mandatory.

What does a day to day look like?
Delivery:
Accurately locates and picks orders in-store for Wholesale customers
Builds and maintains good customer relationships.
Keep our customer happy with accurate, timely, deliveries of GFS products.
Performs daily pre/post trip inspection of vehicle and equipment.
In Store:
Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer purchases through the point of sale. Ensure security of assets including cash, checks, and merchandise by following policies and procedures.
Accurately receive and merchandise products, ensuring proper rotation and product quality, end cap and planogram execution, top stock, freezer, cooler and backroom organization.

At least 1 year previous delivery driving experience and one year in customer service or related field preferred.
Unrestricted Standard Operators License required.
Must have a clean driving record (no drug or alcohol offenses in the last 5 years).
You must be a minimum of 18 years old (required).
Successfully pass our pre-employment checks, including a drug screen, criminal background check and motor vehicle report (MVR).
Must be able to use a two-wheel cart with a load weighing up to 350 pounds.
Able to lift up to 70 lbs.

What does the Customer Experience Manager do?
Under the leadership of the Store Manager, directly leads the Support Lead, Lead Cashier(s) (if applicable) and associates of the store while the Manager on Duty. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Store Consultant consistently delivers a positive customer experience to all customers, utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives and provide solutions. This customer service focused team member is knowledgeable in all areas of the Store’s business, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping. They will be responsible for taking orders, coordinating activities in the Store, providing pricing and product information, and recommending appropriate FedEx Office products and services.
