Roles & Responsibilities
Main Purpose
- Drive the company’s business development strategies by seeking new business opportunities, and business partners.
- Work with the Business Operation Director in Tender Preparation and Submission,Risk Assessment, Contract Negotiation, liaising with various stakeholders and project management.
- Must require at least two conditions in the following conditions
- Setup new business with shared investment for that business.
- Must bring profitable business opportunities continuously.
- Must drive new business in different field like Process industry and Recruitment Agnecy
- Also manage the existing company operation for the construction, Landscape and FM with 24/7 supports
Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, business channels, and target profiles to drive business expansion.
- Develop business development plans in accordance with the company’s business development strategies.
- Work with the Business Operations Director to develop a new business proposal includes presentation and investment deck, complete with financial projection.
- Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies for new business initiatives.
Projects
- Project management from conceptualization, design to creating and development plans with timeline, financial projection to implementation of the projects.
- Liaise with designer, contractor and internal stakeholder to ensure smooth implementation of project in accordance with timeline.
- Manage project expenses in accordance with budget,
- Attending related events such as exhibitions and conferences to gain insight on market trends, new products and technology
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management
- And concurrently manage the few business is more suitable.
Experience and Skills Requirements
- With 4 years not more than 10 years of practical experience in construction environment, in a managerial position for Setup new business
- Proven working experience as a Engineering Manager or a relevant role, preferably in construction projects and HR management.
- Strong in Project management, Development and Communication skills, Strategic and Analytical thinking skills, Problem Solving and Decision-Making skills.
- Strong communication with a can-do attitude, complemented by the capability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook and familiar with retail Point of Sales systems.
- A proactive, independent team player with a keen attention to details, high level of accuracy and ability to work within a tight timeline.
Educational Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or any related discipline or different discipline for Setup new business with share investment.
