Job requirements: -

- A Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent and/or a member of a recognized accountancy body e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA

Job Overview

Oversee the finance, accounts, income tax, treasury and secretarial matters of the organization. Ensure that all subsidiaries follow the correct accounting standards and responsible in the production of management accounting information to steer leadership decisions of the Board.

Job Description

主要責任：

• 全面負責所有財務報告、管理會計並及時提交符合財務報告準則（MFRS）的報告以進行合併，並提供財務分析以向董事會報告。
• 準備季度分析審查、評論和前景，供董事會決策。
• 根據當地法規管理集團稅務事宜，例如轉讓定價文件、預扣稅、稅務優惠和稅務估算
• 與銀行家、審計師、稅務代理人、通訊安全和法定機構/當局聯絡。
• 為各種措施和專案提供支持，包括組織重組、併購、投資等。
• 分析和審查集團的績效，並向執行管理層準備詳細的月度報告。
• 領導集團財務規劃、預算和預測流程。
• 制定和監督健全的內部控制體系、標準作業程序和公司治理，以最大限度地降低風險，並進行定期審計，以確保集團內財務系統和控制的完整性。
• 推動並實現業務 KPI，不斷調整和監控以確保實現目標。
• 制定富有洞察力的業務計劃和策略，以支持業務成長，並強調業務、投資建議、策略和決策的財務影響。
• 向布爾薩提交季度報告並向董事會提交進度報告。

財務與會計 (F&A) 團隊管理

• 管理和發展一支高績效的財務和會計團隊以及整個集團的有效繼任計劃。
• 審查並微調所有 F&A 職位的職位描述，以確保有效和高效
• 透過輔導和指導 N-1 培養領導能力，成為高效的職能經理
• 持續改善內部和外部的團隊協作。
• 在部門和組織層面領導、指導和實現 F&A KPI。

要求：

• 財務、會計學士學位，或最好具有專業會計資格（ACCA 或同等學歷）。
• 至少 15 年相關工作經驗
• 在財務報告標準、證券交易所上市要求以及上市公司的集團會計實務方面擁有豐富的知識和經驗。
• 必須是MIA（馬來西亞會計師協會）會員
• 與外部審計師、布爾薩和諮詢機構的出色互動能力
• 優秀的時間管理和組織能力
• 強大的人際溝通能力，能夠在組織的各個層面進行良好的溝通與管理
• 問題解決者以及根據準確及時的分析進行合理判斷和做出決策的能力
• 強大的領導能力，在動態的業務成長環境中具有自信和適應能力
