About the role
The FA&P Analyst is responsible for handling day to day operations of FA&P Dept, weekly/monthly/quarterly forecast, monthly closing and variance analysis reporting & submission to global and annual budgeting. The work involves liaison between the commercial team (sales/customer care/marketing), factories and accounting team.

In this position you will manage :

Forecasting & Variance Analysis

·       Lead the monthly forecasting processes

About your Experience
You will have at least 5 year’s experience in an FA&P role,  have worked closely with commercial teams and be able to communicate effectively at all levels. A passion for data analysis and tech is a given.

·       Degree in Business, Finance or Finance Professional qualification.

·       HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) experience required.

·       Experience with PowerBI, will be a plus.

·       Deep understanding of a matrix organization and an ability to manage stakeholders from various functions

The Project Manager supports the delivery of the key plant results, such as zero safety accidents, zero quality (losses), cost savings, efficiency improvement, 100% Customer Service Level and 100% engagement using the Manufacturing Operating System as an enabler. The Project Manager does this through agile project management and execution of varied projects across the manufacturing operation, through any of the phases from concept to handover after verification.

Project Planning:

• Ensure to have the Technical Project Documentation prepared (int. or by 3rd party contractor): collect, compile and share required files of the (sub-)project; participate in safety assessments/reviews, according to local standards, laws, regulation and JDE company procedures (Engineering Management and Contactors Management).
• Working with the software engineers to develop a URS – User Request Specification for the process installation and review FDS – Functional Development Specification.
• Management of orders: raising Purchase Requests, following deliveries up with the suppliers, receipting and checking invoice discrepancies.
• Planning and regular review of budget incl. updated forecast: kind and amount of purchase orders still needed to be spent to deliver the detailed, agreed scope
• Managing cost versus budget using the appropriate standards to report actual, commitment, and remaining budget spend on a weekly basis to Engineering Manager and/or Plant Finance the CAPEX spending forecast and spending phasing for budget control.

Project Close-Out:

• Start up the installation, together with the project team and suppliers and ensure full snag tracking and close out through commissioning, qualification and verification.
• Ensure relevant handover documentation is in place such as OEM manuals, training documents and risk assessments. Arrange for appropriate training and provision of training material before installation start up.

About the role

Qualifications & Experience

• 1+ years of relevant work experience preferably in fashion/ retail company.
• Minimum SPM/ Diploma holder in Retail Management/Fashion or related fields.

• Perform professional, full cycle internal audits at various Omron locations, including Headquarters, regional entities and factories, based on Omron’s philosophy and ethics as well as internal auditors' ethics code (IIA).
• Perform audit procedures, collecting data, reviewing and analysing audit evidence and evaluating risk areas of audited entities, based on facts and rational thinking.
• Pursues root causes of deficiencies and issues found during the audit and recommends countermeasures.
• Understands the internal auditing framework and can implement auditing procedures based on the framework.
• Possesses knowledge of accounting and IT general control (ITGC) that are necessary for internal audit and can conduct auditing based on them.
• Has knowledge of J-SOX self-evaluation procedure and audit framework based on J-SOX standard and can perform J-SOX audit accordingly.
• Has an understanding of various types of fraud and have ability to find risk and sign of fraud during audits and pre-audit data analysis.             
• Executes audit at the set quality level.
